Our family spent one evening at this B&B this week and we had a great time as part of our Christmas celebration. Very conveniently located and quiet. We rented all three rooms and each one was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very gracious and attentive.

My wife and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this wonderful B&B. The breakfasts are really tasty, the rooms are clean and decorated nicely, and the owners are very friendly and charming people. The house is also very conveniently located between Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. We will definitely be going to this place again next year....

This review is SO late, but I must let everyone know how Dietmar and Marion enhance your stay at Wind in the Pines. We happened to be their very first guests when they took over the place. Their kindness and graciousness were abounding! They try the hardest to make your stay memorable! Sensing if you desire interaction nor not, is...

We are glad we stayed where we did. It is close to all that you would like to see and is in great setting. It is close to all the things you will want to see. We stayed for two nights. The Innkeepers are delightful and very helpful with directions and suggestions. This is one if the top 2-3 B&Bs...

We only had time for a one-night stay, but wished we could have stayed longer. Very nice and newer B&B. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. We didn't get to spend much time with our hosts, but their cat, Genie, was a delight! If I'm being honest, the only thing they could improve on was the breakfast. While large, it seemed...

This is one if the top 2-3 B&Bs my wife and I have stayed at. Great spacious room, complimentary beverages in the common area and VERY excellent breakfasts each morning. The Innkeepers are very friendly and informative. You are only a 5 minute drive from downtown Traverse City. This is a must if you are trying to find a B&B...

My husband and I stayed in the Moose room, which was located downstairs, for 2 nights. I highly recommend it. The owners were delightful but they gave us plenty of privacy. The breakfast was generous & good. The location is only 10 minutes to down town, but is tucked away out in the country on a beautifully landscaped lot. The...

We stayed here for one night for our anniversary. Beautiful grounds and perfect northern Michigan decor. The gardens were nice to sit outside and listen to the wind chimes. The room had every amenity and was incredibly clean. Breakfast was top notch. Would highly recommend this B&B.

We stayed for four nights in the Bear room in August and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The surroundings are extremely peaceful, whilst still being close to Traverse City, the hosts are friendly and helpful, and the B and B itself is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
