Superb B&B, beautiful huge room, spotless and everything seemed brand new. Lots of lovely little 'extra' touches. Gorgeous bed linen/duvet - top hotel standard as with the toiletries & water provided. A very warm welcome tea & cake with friendly hosts Jules & Den on arrival and as for Covid safety they went over and above with their care to make us feel completely relaxed and safe as if we were in our own home. Brilliant breakfast, not much that wasn't offered as choice and even the sourdough bread was handmade by them! A brilliant location by the Exe estuary and surrounding villages + Exmouth. Perfect situation for any type of break. The festive break/Twixt&Between/New Year breaks look wonderful if anyone is looking for a safe place to be really spoiled and without family. Thoroughly recommended.

My daughter and I have just arrived home after a lovely one night stay at The Old Dairy B&B. We received a lovely friendly welcome from Jules on our arrival, before going to our room, which was gorgeous - really spacious and spotlessly clean. Den cooked a scrumptious breakfast this morning... a lovely night away, would thoroughly recommend - we'll be going back next year! Thankyou Jules and Den.... Lotty and Amelia

The best hosts and the best food in the best accommodation combine to make this the best B&B in the best village in the best county in the country. Fortunate enough to be able to stay here for 6 weeks while working locally I can confidently say this is as good as it gets. Jules and Den are the most genial, generous and helpful hosts you could ever wish for. The rooms are immaculate and the food is amazing. Thank you both for accommodating me in my time of need!

This is one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in, if not the best! The Old Dairy has recently been refurbished to a high standard. We had a warm welcome from the charming owners, Den and Jules. Our bedroom was tastefully furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was first class and in particular the bacon was delicious! We wish Den and Joules well, particularly in these difficult times and highly recommend you stay with them, if you’re looking for accommodation near Exmouth.

We have just returned from a fantastic 3 nights at The Old Dairy. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Den and Juels go out if their way to ensure you enjoy your time with them and that you have everything you need. The breakfasts are gorgeous - Best ever omelette Den!! The Dairy is a very short walk into the village of Lympstone where there are some lovely friendly places to eat. Juels is happy to advise you on things to do and places to eat in the area. Thank you both - loved everything about it.
