No snowmobiles roaring outside your window at 6 am is amazing. I wish he didn't charge extra for breakfast because it is already 90ish a night but all in all it was a nice and very quiet stay which was really welcomed after a chaotic afternoon.

We just happened on the Inn, and stayed in the "Willow Room". The decor reminded me of my grandparents house, it even had a antique singer sewing machine like my grandma had. The room was very clean and my wife and I both enjoyed our stay. Dick the owner was very friendly and was full of information about the area....

The owner was very friendly and helpful with our trip plans and suggested roads to drive. The morning cinnamon rolls were very good! The bed Felt very firm when I sat on it but I still had a good night sleep when I prefer a soft bed. We would stay again.

The innkeeper is a wealth of information about area attractions and food. By the way, he makes the best blueberry muffins and cinnamon rolls. We hiked some of the trails that he had recommended and we were not disappointed. The 4 days that we stayed we were virtually the only guests at the inn. If we had planned our trip...

Our minivan broke down very far from home on a Sunday evening. The alternator went out. We were able to get a jump from a helpful stranger and we made it to the Regal Inn. The owner hooked our battery up to a charger overnight so we would be able to better handle the situation the next day. He had...

Arrived just in time, as the very friendly attendant advised us that the outer door would be locked at 10 PM. Very clean room and bathroom, pleasantly furnished in antique theme. Didn't discover the really comfortable, relaxing atmosphere until morning, when partaking of the coffee and fantastic homemade cinnamon rolls, which had been promised the nite before! If TV is...

It is almost 10 p.m. when we arrive at the Regal Country Inn. The owner is friendly and offers information on things to do in the area. The décor in our guest room was Country Victorian (a little cluttered for my personal taste but that is what that style is all about) furnished with some beautiful antiques. The queen bed...

My wife and I stayed in January on a cross country ski weekend. We were greeted with comfortable rooms and great hospitality. Location was great for us, with a short drive to skiing in Ironwood at ABR. My wife and I plan on staying there in the future.

We stayed at the Regal for a ski and visit relatives trip. Dick is a wonderful host and very knowledgeable about the area. Our room was very nice, with a king bed and wonderful antiques. The TV was on a beautiful old Singer trestle sewing machine. You can tell that the rooms have all been lovingly furnished. Very clean also....

Ideal place to stay when out looking for trails and waterfalls in the UP. Cozy room, quiet, fabulous cinnamon rolls and coffee in the morning. Good conversation with the owner who knows the area and its trails so well. Would definitely return. Am glad that such motels still exist. Unique and comfy spot to stay.
