Lack of sleep....oh boy. Looks like an older hotel but is updated as the rooms are clean as is the lobby (which is also houses a small gift shop) and the pool area. This place also is dog friendly! We were told at check-in that on a numerous night stay the cleaning team does not enter the rooms, but for fresh towels or linens, there is a bag in the room to put the dirty ones in and to hang on the door the next morning and housekeeping will leave fresh. After visiting our son for the day when we got back there was no bag of fresh towels on our door or anywhere near our room and not in the room. And there was a pile of dirty towels laying in the hallway that was there since 9 a.m. that morning. The front desk was quick to provide us with fresh towels! We stayed 2 nights and felt that this hotel must be the 'party hotel' because both nights there was either a couple fighting at 1 a.m. in the hallway and another party being loud playing loud music at 2 a.m. Oh and so with only a couple hours sleep we were awoken with a couple really going to town next door. Will we stay here again? We will give the hotel another try as they are pet friendly, with hopes that this our next stay will be more pleasant .

Appreciated a clean and neat room along with a good breakfast for a very good price. Front desk service was quick and they offered more than just coffee outside of the breakfast hours. There was sufficient parking close to lobby entrance so you did not have to walk far when arriving. Great Value.

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. It’s an older building but end of the day has exactly what you needed.
Was here with the kids for their sporting event. Pool is warm, rooms are a fair size.
There is not an elevator so if you have mobility concerns ask for ground floor.
There is self serve laundry onsite and a couple restaurants within walking distance as is the outlet mall.
Hotel is priced right!

The breakfast was one of the worst I have seen this year and I stay in hotels about 40 nights per year. The options were so limited, I grabbed a coffee and then went to Wendy's and bought my breakfast. The hotel must allow pets as my room had a very obnoxious smell of wet dot. I could smell it on my clothes the whole day after I checked out, which made me feel very self-conscious about it as I had business meetings all day.

Due to what I was told as a staff shortage, check-in took over 20 minutes. 4p.m. on a Sunday afternoon. No one appeared at the counter for over 15 minutes. The clerk could not locate any one in housekeeping to verify the room was ready. Clerk left the counter to go and physically check.

does staff were caring and friendly. We enjoyed the pool breakfast laundry and so much more. We had ages 7 to adult in two rooms with enough space to move around and sleep on two queen beds in each room. We enjoyed the refrigerator microwave clean bathroom. There was a town in our way with more outlet stores with the one next door this was an awesome place to stay,many places to eat.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Bed was comfortable. Did not partake in the breakfast. Location was good right off I-75. Staff were helpful in trying to get my refund on a room I did not need. To no avail their efforts did not work.

This hotel is a good buy for the money. Our room was a business class, room and very large. The motel has pet rooms as evidenced by the woman who was lying through her teeth to the desk staff trying to get her dogs in the room free! who was in front of me in line. The young guy at the desk had the patience of 3 saints! I felt like tossing her out for him, but he was courteous and took care of her and her pets. The pool and hot tub area are very nice.

We stayed there seven days and had no problems. We stayed here two years ago. We will use it again next year. They could add some boiled eggs and meat to the breakfast menu. They could add new gifts to buy in the lobby if fire code permits.

Nice staff, clean and that’s about it. At $90 plus a night you would think they would provide a refrigerator and microwave but those were an additional cost. The Wi-Fi was dismal going out for 10 minutes at a time to which I had to switch over to my personal hotspot which cost me data. Side door key core card access wasBroken allowing anybody to walk in off the street. I was there for an extended stay of three months and it was not fixed even though I reported it.
