Overall room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Nicely decorated. Bathroom was very small. Shower looked newer but was made from a patterned material so you can't tell if it is clean. Could hear the people talking in the next room and there was...More
Getaway! That's what we did. My wife and I stayed here so that we could join a group of people to drive the snow covered off road trails. The location and accommodations were great! The people at the front desk not only checked us in...More
Great lodge theme with spacious room. Very clean, comfortable bed and flat screen TV. The staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel if staying in West Branch. There is a restaurant attached with good food.

The "elevator" was my least favorite thing. Not a regular elevator. A heavy door that opens, then you have to slide open the cage, get in and close the door, then slide the cage shut before it will operate. When you get out, you MUST slide the cage shut before you close the door or the elevator won't respond to the next person who needs it. It feels very claustrophobic... but... it's an elevator. This trip I was with my disabled mother so we had to use it. If not for that I would have used the stairs.
