I have tried to engage these folks for some time now but they just don't seem to understand the importance of good plowing and making sure things are clear. This starts as a whine about the Tesla chargers being unusable, plowed in, and the support hardware having snow piled up

Sir, I am sorry that the responses we gave over facebook weren't clarifications. When we had the large amount of snow fall the end of December our parking lot was 95% full and had limited areas to put the over 14 inches to remove the snow from the over 350 parking spots. We did have a couple of the Tesla charging spots covered, which we then had cleaned up after the first of the year when we had less occupancy. Since then, our maintenance department has spent over 3 hours snow blowing the last spot so that now all Super chargers are available. We have seen the previously covered ones being used. The transformers still do have snow around them however we are hopeful that this warm weather will help melt the almost 6' bank. I do appreciate your concern and hope that this clarification will help to ease the worry regarding the Tesla charging stations. We do take all guest concerns seriously. We have been working on clearing the entire lot for all of our guests and have a better plan with our plowing company so there will not be any further concerns. Thank you again and I personally apologize if you felt we did not take your concern seriously.

Thank you Kristin for your comments and review. We will take a look at the beds and see what we can do. There are times when the box spring is damaged and makes the bed uncomfortable. Thank you for letting us know and we will fix or replace the issue.

Did a two-night family stay here, and I would summarize it as a four star Waterpark plus a one star motel. Be mindful, that I call it a 4-star water park for a toddler! It was great, but an older kid might get bored with just two water slides. My two-year-old was in heaven

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. I have followed up with the Chef and Restaurant Manager who will both be talking to their staff. There is absolutely no reason we would have run out of anything so I am sorry that was your experience. I will be following up on this to make sure it has been taken care of. The beds and bedding that we have is of good quality however everyone has a different preference with mattresses and pillows. If you could let me know the room number or name your reservation was under we can check the bedding. Please email me at carolyn.bare@arrowwoodbrainerd.com Thank you again for your comments as they help us to improve. I hope you will give us another opportunity. Happy Holidays Carolyn

My sister and I booked a room for one night site-unseen. The minute we walked in we regretted it would only be for one night. The lodge has an open woodsy charm. The rooms were amazing - large with separate seating area and small kitchenette. The rooms were clean and the
