Love Covepoint Lodge. Been going there for several years, but had to stop because they do not allow pets. I hope that one day pets will be welcome. I do love the place, beautifully located right on Lake Superior.

This is one of our favorite places to visit. It's right on the shore of Lake Superior; not far from the Lighthouse and Gooseberry Falls. The room are very comfortable and each has a lakeside view. They serve a complimentary breakfast buffet which we love to read and stretch it to an hour or so while we read the papers....

We had been wanting to try this place out for some time. Glad we finally had the opportunity. This place is very North Shore and one of the things we really really liked was the lack of kids. There were a handful but they were well behaved. We stayed in the Lodge which was very homey, comfortable, and clean. They...

I spent two nights at this beautiful well kept property. I stayed on the second floor and had a gorgeous view of the lake. I could open my window in my room in the evening and could hear the waves crashing which made for a relaxing nights sleep. The room was very clean and all the housekeeping staff I ran...

Lakehome was fabulous. Kitchen was superb. Separation of bedrooms superb (if you wanted to take a nap from 1-3pm, you could do so without interference from the rest of your party). Wi-fi good, but we tried to stay away from electronics.

We stayed for 2 nights on a weekend getaway to the North Shore. This Lodge was a great location to see the sights, go hiking & make a day trip to Grand Marais. The rooms were cozy & clean and the views were beautiful! The menu selection was pretty limited but what they did offer was very good. It was...

My significant other and I stayed here for a night while visiting Duluth and it was a perfect. Since it wasnt tourist season the lodge was nice and quiet. The room had an odd layout, with the jacuzzi tub 5 feet from the bed but other than that it was nice. We spent most of our evening in the lobby...

We loved our stay. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good food at the restaurant located within the hotel - but a little pricey. Free dvd rental (big screens and dvd player in each room), large open lodge lounge with games and grand piano. Close to Palisade Head. I'd recommend Northern Lights Roadhouse in Beaver Bay for casual lunch. Also, it's...

Excellent lodging, cozy fireplace, friendly staff, beautiful grounds, and a Scandinavian breakfast like no other's! Great get-away destination all year-round. We've frequently stayed here and will return again. Friends and family love Cove Point Lodge. Perfect in all seasons - lots to see in the area.

Two hockey families shared a cottage for two nights. Great accommodations, plenty of room to stretch out, etc. We spent some time outdoors in between hockey games hiking up the frozen waterfall and hiking out to cove point. We enjoyed a few movies we picked up from the lodge. It was so much nicer to stay in a cottage and...
