The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful, loved the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and the restaurant was very good -- beds were comfortable and rooms extremely clean. Location is convenient to shopping and major freeways, easy to reach the airpoort, Mall of America and access to the Twin Cities.

We have visited this hotel twice in the lat 18 months when visiting friends nearby. It is an absolute quality place. The service and accommodations are that of larger well known 4 or 5 star hotel. The one must is dinner at their farm to table restaurant on premise (Morgans). Great food and value.

Loved the staff and the facility was beautiful. Our beds were comfy, but the room wouldn't go below 70 degrees!! It was so hot that if it wasn't for the fact that my kids and I had just driven 15 hrs and it was 2 am we would have definitely asked for assistance or switched rooms. There was no free...

First, Best Western is our last resort. We had a nightmare stay at one in Santa Fe NM...it was party town...we pulled down the sheets and there was fresh vomit on the pillow and sheets...dirty..dirty...dirty. So we haven't gone back to the chain for years. That being said, we really checked out the reviews and pictures for this one...then crossed...

I have family in this area and visit often. We have tried other places but once I found this hotel I was hooked. I can have a wonderful craft beer. Wife and I can have a truly good meal. The grandkids can come and swim and play. I can rest after a 12 hour drive in the hot tub. All...

After flying all morning and visiting customers in the afternoon, it was nice to "come home to" the Best Western Premier in Burnsville. The hotel looked like it had been remodeled recently, so carpets, walls, paint, lobby and all were bright and shiny, sparkling clean. My room was spacious with enough hangers to hang everything, extra packets of coffee for...

Very nice hotel. Bed could have been a little softer but otherwise had a very nice stay! Ate at the restaurant in the morning and it was very good. Would definitely stay again. Staff were nice. Overall, great stay!

They were very accommodating and friendly. We had reservations for a king bed for my husband and I, but the day before our stay we decided to bring our 2 grandchildren with us, and the hotel easily changed the reservation to 2 queens. The kids loved their indoor pool. The room was very clean and nice. Strange, but the refrigerator,...

We were welcomed pleasantly by the front staff, they were able to help us choose a restaurant local with in the hotel, the Hot Tub was functioning in good shape and clean. Convenient location to come off the highway from the South.

We stayed here at Christmas, as we always do, because we come to this area to do shopping. Have stayed at a few other places, none were comparable to this one. Great service, quiet, nice pool area, great location, beautiful room. Have talked with the manager here and he really wants people to have a great stay here. We have...
