The motel appeared clean but dark until you walked to the other end to get ice then it was filthy and smelled terrible of smoke. We had to get three different rooms before we could stand the smell in the room. Ran a scentsy day and night to tolerate it. Staff said the smell was from the chemicals they used...

Location is right off of 35W which makes it very convenient to get to the Twin Cities. For the price I was expecting something a little more run down... but found everything nice and neat and very clean. The staff was very accommodating, and when I needed an address for a restaurant the desk clerk printed it out for me...

and for the price. the counter help was great, the room was clean, and the area was safe. close to the Jame's gang bank robbery sight. we were there off season so none of that was open. The town of Northfield is very scenic with a clean river running through it. Very pretty area

Courteous staff. Michelle is the best. Clean, great beds, good showers with decent water pressure. Excellent value. I'll come back again and highly recommend it for those who are travelling a long road.

First impressions count! Michelle at the front desk checked us in quickly, offered advice for places nearby to eat, and made sure we knew of delivery services available. Best. Checkin. Experience. Ever. The hotel has amazingly comfortable beds, and it is spotless. The location is perfect for visiting friends. And the price, even on a holiday weekend, couldn't be beat.

I stayed here for two nights with my family for two nights. The staff was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. Flat screen TVs with a lot of HD channels. Microwave, fridge and super comfortable pillow top beds. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. I would TOTALLY stay here again. I...

The service at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! There was no breakfast, just juice and coffee, but Denny's was almost next door. We had to go literally from one end of the hotel to the other to get ice because the was only the one machine at the far end in the smoking section of the motel....

It's ok but there's others in the same price range that are better like microtel in Bloomington. I would stay here again if I had to but otherwise I would look for a better and safer place. It is right off of 35w and close to valley fair, Canterbury downs and mall of america isn't that far away.

Rates for hotels anywhere around Minneapolis are ridiculous. This average hotel is out in the suburbs, but close enough to several attractions and downtown, too. It isn't in the best area, but cross the Main Street and everything changes to a great area. However, many people walk around this area to local restaurants, so I'm not trying to to give...

This hotel wasn't terrible but was far from great. This appears to be a very old property. It is not located in a great part of town. Rooms were small and dated looking. There is no elevator to the second floor. Breakfast is not included. While the rate was better than most hotels in the area, we didn't consider it...
