Had 4 days of being spoiled by Janet and Ed. Breakfasts to die for, and afternoon tea and treats whatever time we returned. Very clean and comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.we were allowed to take our dog, even though they have their own. Left him in the car while we had breakfast, but could have stayed in the room....

The hosts, Janet and Edward make you feel so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for them. . They really know how to look after their customers, and show great interest and enthusiasm in what you are doing, without encroaching on your privacy. If you want good sound advice on places to eat, or places to go, they are the...

We have stayed with Ed and Janet several times. The welcome and the B&B are better each time. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the breakfast will suit any taste. My husband has found some great runs in the area and there are at least 2 good local pubs. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Spent three days at Yellingham while karting at Dunkeswell. Great food, and well looked after. We will stay again on our next karting adventure. The boys loved the sheep dogs, and other animals. It is close to the coast, if you fancy a visit to the beach.

We chose Yellingham Farm for a long weekend away from London and what a lucky decision that was! From the moment we walked in our hosts made us feel very welcome with a fresh pot of tea and home baked biscuits. Our room was of the highest quality with original exposed beams and the added extras you would expect in...

Just got back from a wonderful weekend in Devon, made even better by our stay at Yellingham Farm. Really can't fault this place at all, the rooms are great, very clean and comfortable and very traditional. The farmhouse is lovely as are Jennet and Ed who run it. They really looked after us, in fact they couldn't do enough for...

Janet and Ed are two of the loveliest B&B owners we have ever met, the farm is gorgeous with loads of working dogs, chickens, a large pond with newly installed water feature - seats and decking area, idyllic location. They could not do enough for us even though must have been up to their necks in farm work. I don't...

This was a working farm and the host, Ed, was very welcoming and was happy to chat about farming. The room we were in was comfortable and the breakfasts were superb. A great place for a morning jog ! Happy to stay here again !

I booked Yellingham with trepidation after my last not so great B and B experience. I had phoned to try to book and had to leave a message. After 24 hours of not hearing back I took the view it was destiny whether I was supposed to go away again or not and resigned myself to behaving and staying home...

We stayed here whilst running training in the area, it was very comfortable and the food was amazing - the attention to detail and standards were excellent - we also loved the dogs on the farm too! would certainly recommend this.
