Thanks so much! Mark and I enjoyed having your group stay with us...We hope to see you again!
The Habberstad House was perfect for our biking weekend in Lansboro, MN. It is located on a quiet street where you could take advantage of it's lovely front porch. Our cozy room (Rose Room) had it's own private porch and lots of sunlight. Elaine and...More

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed your Valentine's Day at the Habberstad House!
This was our first time to Lanesboro, and we felt very lucky to land a reservation at the Habberstad House at the last minute when someone else cancelled. The home was beautiful just as the photos and description show. We stayed in the Scandinavian Suite...More

Yes, the Amish Suite on our third floor has two double beds. It also has a sitting area with a TV and a small round table and four chairs which works well for playing card and board games.
Thanks for asking!

The bike trail goes right through the middle of town, with several places to rent bikes and helmets etc. if you haven't brought your own. This is circa 1 mile from Habberstad house… we drove our car into town then, and parked near the bike rental. Easy to do.
If you have your own bike, it's an easy ride… basically pretty flat, no major hills, from Habberstad house to where you can pick up the trail. (FYI, going east not too many miles on the bike trail you get to a wonderful little town that has a great place that makes and sells pies…. check it out. A great destination to go to… eat, then turn back to home for a nice afternoons or mornings rides.
RE: the sleeping bag on the floor? Physically it would probably fit, but you'd best check with the owners.
