Just arrived back after 5 day break over the Christmas period. This is our 3rd visit and the 3rd time it's snowed. The staff and management team are superb and always happy to go that extra mile to make your stay memorable. First time in taking our dog (Newfoundland) and she loved it as much as we did. Location is...

We spent 5 nights in late November and what a wonderful time we had. On arrival we were given directions to our Lodge and on entering it was absolutely warm and welcoming. The lodge had underfloor heating that kept the entire lodge cosy warm. There are a number of walks around the quarry so its worth exploring. Further afield we...

We stayed here in a Badger Plus lodge at the end of November for 4 nights as our minimoon straight after our wedding. It was by far the best break away me and my husband have ever had. Quiet, beautiful, cosy, comfortable. The lodge was great, a real home from home. Could park directly outside, the hot tub was amazing...

Spent 3 nights here in a badger lodge nothing bad to say it was perfect from checking in to leaving. Beautiful luxury lodge that was warm and inviting when we arrived decorated to a high standard smelt of pine when we opened the door. Clean throughout and the added touches of milk coffee tea washing up stuff etc was a...

My partner and I took our18 month old for a short break in September and were hugely disappointed by the lodge and the facilities. When we arrived there was empty beer cans in the trees beside the hot tub. The mattress had a HUGE (no exaggeration) dint in one side. Staff suggested putting a duvet on top of it which...

We stayed here as a large family get together for my uncles 40th birthday! We had 3 cabins between us! I was unsure if to book after reading some of the reviews but I can't honestly see what there is to moan about! The cabins are spacious, modern and the hot tubs are big and really hot!! We all had...

Just got back from 4 nights at badger 33 and we found it so relaxing. The welcome pack with the local things to do, supermarket postcodes and walking route options was helpful for us to plan our days. The take out menus left in were handy and we did use the Chinese which was really tasty and good value for...

We stayed as a family with two young children. We have previously visited other lodges within 30 miles but these were by far the best yet! Be warned if you follow the sat nav it will take you down single track roads for miles and you will feel lost!! From arriving we were made to feel very comfortable, the gentleman...

I never usually leave reviews but this weekend has been excellent! The lodge is spacious and well kept with a large hot tub on the decking. The staff were all extremely welcoming, and couldn't do enough for you. We went to chill out so the lack of wifi was a blessing as we are always on phones and laptops back...

We stayed here as had planned a 4 night trip away with a day trip to Alton Towers. The lodge slept 4 of us very comfortably, kitchen/dining/living space cosy and the hot tub was perfect! Although lots of cabins close together we had complete privacy. Nice touch with the welcome pack and being visited by staff member shortly after arrival...
