I would first like to apologize for your negative experience with us, this certainly was not our intention. We do require a valid credit or debit card, and authorize an additional $75 per day, plus room an tax at the time of check in. We will certainly look into your comments regarding valet to ensure we are at a competitive rate. You are correct that our rooms do not have a microwave equipped in them. I can certainly understand your frustrations regarding this and I am sorry for the inconvenience. I would also like to apologize for the condition of the smoke sensor in your room. I have immediately alerted our Rooms department for follow up to ensure this does not happen again. _Yonceeeee_, Thank you for your very valuable feedback from your recent stay at the Hotel Minneapolis. I would like to apologize that your experience with us was not up to either of our expectations. While our valet is competitive at $45 per night for regular sized vehicles, and $60 for over sized, I can certainly understand the frustration of not knowing this before arriving. I can also understand your frustrations with check in, and that our policy was not communicated clearly and effectively. We will use this great feedback as a training tool with our front desk team to ensure this incident does not repeat itself. I would also like to sincerely apologize for the unclean condition of your room, specifically your pillow cases. We will be working to prevent this from resurfacing again in the future. What are some decent priced ramps near by to park for 2 nights
Jerry Haaf ramp was good, it's just a few blocks away (easy to get to). We parked from 2:30p Saturday-11am Sunday and it was $4!
