I dont think I can type all the incredible things I have to say about Grand View Lodge! From the moment we checked-in we were WOW'd! We were celebrating a 30th birthday and had high expectations to insure that our time away was perfect. The staff and Grand View made absolutely every moment memorable. From making the reservation of the...

We stayed in the condos off the property which are newly remodeled but far (2 mile drive) from the rest of the resort. They come with full kitchens though so you can just stay over on your side of the lake. Note if the water if rough on your side it will not be at the resort and vice versa....

We tried the Beerfest Weekend at Grand View Lodge last weekend. Overall, it was a great experience. The seminars were disappointing, but the tastings were great and the supper was delicious. Its a little odd to eat by running from station to station and then waiting in line, getting two items, returning to your seat to eat them, then repeating...

Had a nice relaxing weekend at the lodge, which remains a family owned resort. The staff was friendly and food was great. We stayed in the main lodge and the historical aspect of it was very interesting. The beach is nice and sandy and the lake appears to be very clean.

Love it here every year. Summer is gorgeous, fall is spectacular and winter is a great time to cozy up here with a loved one. Food is fabulous (great restaurants and spectacular breakfast buffet) as is the customer service. Love!

After spending days trying to book a nice room for a one night get away I found one. Pictures look great. I booked the room I wanted and then get a phone call the next day saying they basically don't have a room for me and they offered me a similar room that had smaller beds and the setup looked...

This was a great value at $140 per night plus taxes. We stayed in 203 which is a 1 bedroom with a kitchenette and a murphy bed in the living room. There were two full sized beds in the bedroom and a sink. The finishing were upgraded with granite counters and stone floors. This cabin is in a fourplex on...

Wow! This is a top notch resort! Gorgeous in the Fall! We stayed in Roy Lake Cabin (608) for our anniversary. The cabin was even better than expected! Gorgeous! Very pottery burn inside, 2 bathrooms, the master bath is wonderful: soaking tub, beautiful shower, double sinks, high ceilings. Huge master w king bed, flat screen tv, roomy, high end linen....

My sisters and I stayed this past weekend after a 2 year hiatus. We had a 4 bedroom, 4 bath cottage right on the water. Unit 221. The lodge just started winter hours in late October so the price was very low for what we got. Black leather, comfortable couch and chairs, large dining area and kitchen with fridge and...

This 100 year old lodge and resort is about 2 1/2 hours northwest of Minneapolis. We had a great room with a full living area including mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and gas fireplace. The bedroom had two queen beds as well as a sink and ample storage for clothing. While there with our granddaughter, we made smores by an...
