Booked in 2 nights given corporate travel agent mess up and had to relocated from a nearby Marriott hotel during business trip in the area. Neighbourhood is dull but restaurants are very close. The front desk fellow was nice & efficient. The room doors are all outside and it does feel like a sketchy area. The room is dated, the...

This nightmare began at the front desk where Keisha with a T, was rude and confrontational. It continued in the room where a syringe needle was found under the chair cushion in plain sight. When I informed the front desk, she asked if I had brought it down!!!! Then proceeded of question me as if I was making it up....

The staff was great, the beds were super hard. The door had what looked liked blood stain. The floor needed a good scrubbing, not a swiffer. Over-all, I guess it could have been worse. I just wish the beds didn't seem like there were plywood.

As the saying goes... "You get what you pay for" unless you stay here. I was there for the Ryder Cup. Price gouging was in full effect $175/night versus the published $84. If not for a lack of choices, $50 is more in line with what should be charged. It's the simple stuff like...unknown stain on the wall...clean it off...

Good registration experience, clean room, comfortable bed, air conditioner worked well and no insects. OMG...the water pressure was better than good... The remote didn't work but front desk was quick to reprogram it. Had issues with the wireless... front desk did not give us the log in and password at check in and it was sketchy. Stayed there due to...

Our room was very nice. Looks like it has been recently remodeled. Maid service was awful. Came back to our room to find the door left open by the maid. All she did was throw 3 clean towels on one of the beds and did an awful job of making the beds. Looks like they rent some rooms out on...

I admit I probably get fussy as I get older, but this place was really run down. Holes and stains on the bedspread and dirty smudges all other the mirror, the microwave, the fridge. Cigarette butts and toilet paper on the stairway... I really didn't expect this at this location. It might be a good motel for construction workers who...

During my three-day stay I was haunted by the smell of Pine-Sol and cigarette smoke emanating from unknown areas of my hotel room. The free Wi-Fi was 100% crap. I do not believe that this hotel has any smoke-free rooms so if you are sensitive to smoke I would not go to this hotel. The hotel does not offer bfast.

Arrived the hotel after a drive of close to 6 hours and was really tired. Checked in. Superb guy at the reception. We exceptionally nice. Then we got to the room which was nice. But right outside...there were people urging and the police were called. I felt very uncomfortable and Seidel to stay at another hotel the next day. Basically...

We booked on the last minute and they were very accommodating and helpful in getting us a handicap room on the first floor. Our room was not ready at check in, however, but we were happy with how clean it was. The quickly replaced the faulty fridge and it met our needs for a short stay.
