Convenient to Clinic and restaurants and shopping with all-weather access to all three. Do not have to go outside unless you want to do so. No need to rent a car if visiting Clinic. Good value for the money.

Under renovation, which didn't bother us too much. However, I felt the rooms were overpriced and not a great value. The room was just 'okay'. The beds were hard and, the microwaves were such low wattage that something that was supposed to take 4 mins too 10. The fan was making a loud noise, like something was caught in it...

My wife and I have stayed at this location numerous times over the years. The current upgrades to the rooms are very attractive and have a nice, clean and contemporary look and feel. Also, the beds are very comfortable and the heat and air conditioning are quiet. However, I believe that the new sliding doors to the baths need some...

It is the poorest condition Hilton Garden Hotel I ever stayed in. The carpets all over the hotel were in very poor condition. The elevators appear not very clean and old looking. The lobby looks very dated and needs a lot of TLC.

This is a great hotel to stay at when you are needing to be at the Mayo Clinic for several days. We spent three days here, and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Plus, you can walk to the clinic and many shops and restaurants without going outside at all in the cold weather. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Arrived in January for Mayo Clinic appointments. Nice roll in shower for wheelchair. Safe transfer bars in bathroom. Hotel conveniently connected to clinic through skyway/subway. Breakfast was outstanding~ service great too! Andy and Deb greeted us every morning with great food and warm Midwest hospitality. Although the hotel was undergoing construction everything was clean.

Great hotel in the heart of Rochester! Close to shopping, eating, activities and Mayo. Friendly, helpful staff who went above and beyond our expectations! We will choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

We stayed at this hotel while I was visiting Mayo Clinic. It is very convenient to the clinic, food options and shopping. We will definitely stay again for our return trips. They are updating the hotel, but it wasn't disruptive at all. The breakfast is great at the hotel, but you do have to pay for it. There are lots...

Dear techniciania: Thank you very much for trying our hotel. Yes, there is a parking charge as we are in a downtown area where parking is limited. I am sorry that one of our employees was rude. Yes, we are continuing the renovation process of our guestrooms and lobby area, but they really try and stay quiet until 9am. We...
