My husband and I booked a last minute stay at Turning Waters and Brenda could not have been more accommodating. The house is magnificent and so charming, which describes our Hosts as well. Breakfast was homemade and nice to see that they buy from the local farmers. The food was outstanding. We went to the Eagle Center and Reads Brewery... More

Thank you so much for thinking of us on your last minute time to get away! One night was too short so come back soon for some more fun and homebrew craftbeer! Ford and I will start to create more breakfast treats and masterpieces for the 5 course breakfast. Cheers until we see you again. Brenda & Ford More

Turing Waters took me for two nights while a colleague and I were filming Wabasha's famous bald eagles in their wonderful wintering grounds along the Mississippi River. Brenda and Ford were exceedingly accommodating, providing early breakfasts, offering samples of their home brew, and providing a cozy and inviting place to stay. I'd return in a minute.

Thank you for joining us the first time and we look forward to your visit in June 2016. We will have more homebrew to sample as we create our brewery taproom coming within this year. Breakfast is what we are known for and we love to offer 5, sometimes 6, to our guests. Cheers! Brenda & Ford More

My husband and I stayed here ( our very first B&B ever) in February. It was a great, relaxing getaway, even in the winter. The home was gorgeous, room was perfect, comfy bed, and AMAZING food! We had an AWESOME time!!! Great accommodations and wonderful hosts!!!! We will definitely return!!!! :) They made us a spaghetti dinner on Friday night and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. The weather was exceptionally warm for February, so we spent a lot of time on the wrap around porch....even had a bonfire!!!

Well, what can we say, spaghetti dinner is what Grumpy Old Festival weekend is all about and of course ice fishing, but YES the exceptionally warm weather almost ruined those plans for the festival. I think the best part is when you and Ford and I choice to jump into the 19 degree water temperature for charity! Thanks for making... More

It was a great time and I think the scavenger hunt was the best even though we choose to do it on the coldest Saturday in January. Looking forward to having you all back again and I am sure the restaurants and bars appreciated our patronage too. Thanks again for choosing us for your birthday bash. Brenda & Ford More
