We have been road tripping for days and did not book a place to stay over in Inhambane. I gave the Lodge a call last minute and they arranged a room for us in less than 10 min. We got greeted by the friendly staff and they helped us carry all our heavy equipment to the villa. Giving us time...

The first impression is the panoramic view of the beach and ocean – absolutely spectacular. Every room and the main lodge have a 180 degree view of the ocean. Beautiful beach to stroll along or, if you’re more adventurous, you can walk to Tofo or to the Praia de Barra beach for lunch and you can arrange a transfer by...

We are glad to share our experiences in a brief form below (including photos) with YOU: + . Adventurous drive through sandy dunes, we were very lucky...

The setting is amazing, there are 5 rooms, along wood walk ways. The pool area and Resturant is well placed and faculties are good. The manangment is terrible, the staff try their best and are friendly but are dressed tatty. On arriving after a long trip with 3 kids we were told there was nothing to eat, no snacks etc....

Every morning coffee was brought to our room and we sipped and watched whales breech and frolic. It was absolutely surreal. The staff was amazing, and the beach was spectacular. I loved walking in either direction to cafes, or small towns. The area was safe, the lodge friendly and the ambience magical. I loved the relaxed nature of the staff...

Every morning started with the sun showing up from beneath the sea's horizon, gently lighting up the day and highlighting the sprays of the whale's breaths revealing their secret spots in the water.. It was just magical!! I would watch this all so clearly from my room's deck with a flask and fresh coffee which woukd be personally delivered. Following...

Blue footprint lodge was nice as for the location, the secluded beach and the premises around the main building. And of course the staff that is always happy to fulfil your wishes. But for me the room itself was small – no space to store backpacks properly and the missing door to the toilet and shower is negative. On the...

It was a perfect romantic and relaxing getaway. The location is fabulous and so quiet. We woke up watching the whales playing in the ocean and fell asleep with the stars and the sounds of the waves. The service was perfect and personal. Liz and her team were friendly, helpful and discreet. The food plentiful and delicious. The fact that...

Stayed here at the end of our trip to Mozambique at Easter and didn't want to leave. We weren't expecting such stunning accommodation and the views were just amazing. Food was the best we'd had all trip. We went to dive and hadn't really thought about who would look after our daughter but nothing was too much trouble for the...

This wonderfull lodge is hidden away in the sand dunes in a very enjoyable sollitude. Only 5 houses, 2 beds each. The perfect place to chill out and enjoy sand, beach ocean and great sunrises. A high-light but also a warning is that it is a bit difficult to be "connected" all the time. If you need, request in advance...
