No, it's not motel standard. Remember when you stayed with that friend of yours and although you love them, you regretted not booking into a reputable hotel with a comfortable bed? You might feel you have to inspect the towel forensically before wipe yourself down? You're not sure where to sit in the lounge room? But you lived through it!...

This is the coolest Inn I ever stayed. No doubt. We stayed in the Cotton Shack on a cold winter night and the room was so nice and comfy with the electric fireplace heater going....awesome tunes playing on the radio....they know how to do it right......the vibe.....two thumbs up. The staff are great - the owner we met was friendly....

We absolutely loved staying in the Cotton Shack. It was cozy and comfy with just what we needed for a relaxing weekend trip. I love the claw foot tub and the little heaters located throughout kept us warm. We enjoyed sitting on the porch across from the little cotton field and enjoying our coffee. We can't say enough great things...

We stayed at the inn for a couple of nights while exploring Clarksdale and it worth the trip ! We stayed in Bin #9 part of the old Cotten gin. The room had a coffee maker and refrigerator and a queen bed. It also included DIRECTV. Great comfort and great value. Lots to look at from our balcony, shacks everywhere....

Interesting area to explore! The shacks are definitely an experience, and comfortable enough for two days. Pros: interesting area, fun atmosphere in the bar, helpful staff to tell you where to find live music around town. Cons: the key didn't work on one of the locks and there was a dog tied up outside in the yard next door that...

We wanted to stay at an "authentic" place so we found this one to be the perfect accomodation. It has the soirit of the delta, next to the cottonfields, gorgeous blue skies and calmness. This is not a Ritz but very clean, great location and only 6 minutes from Clarksdale by car. There is a great bar with great beer...

Don't stay here if you insist in being doted upon like a rich preteen girl. Most of the bad reviews are snobby people expecting the Ritz Carlton inside a shack. Come on. Quit being ridiculous. This place is awesome, fun and laid back. Also no kids which is a huge bonus. The staff is super friendly and the shacks are...

Found this place on-line. Thought it was closer to Clarksdale, but it's several miles out. The cabins are probably even less fancy than you might envision. We stayed at Gunny, which is located very nicely near the Rust and the Office, and the bed was quite comfortable, but the furnishing were pretty sparse. You have a coffeemaker, but that's it....

My wife and I spent a couple of nights here in early November for our anniversary. We loved every minute of it. The Pinetop Perkins Shack was perfect. We saw live music on site and ate a great meal at Rust as well. We will be back - with a bunch a friends joining us!
