Thi place is terrible! I would have rather driven to indianola and spent the $10-15 more to stay somewhere decent! Total rip-off! The room feels like you should have paid $25, but you get suckered in to paying more than double that! Front desk is no help at all, and they don't even take cards! Cash only? They are too cheap to upgrade or even fix the problems in the rooms. Broken TVs, mold in the bathrooms, and the worst matresses I've ever slept on. Only stay here if the only other option is sleeping in your car.

Stayed here last June. Both my friend and I were very satisfied and will plan to stay there again in August when I return to MS. Host was gracious and room was clean and comfortable...a very good value!
