I was looking for a place to stay close to the Civil War battlefield at Shiloh and found The Generals' Quarters. Really glad that I did because we didn't have Corinth on our list and found it to be a lovely town and had a really good dinner (Smith's) which our B&B host recommended. There are two lovely old houses...

You will love the charm of this place. It's located in an historic neighbourhood and is a quick few blocks to the centre of town. While it is very old and does not offer all modern amenities, our room was large and comfortable, though a little warm because of the extreme humidity. There are free snacks and drinks offered with...

My husband and I stayed in Corinth for 4 nights while we were visiting the Corinth Civil war Interpretive Center and Shiloh National Military Park. The owner graciously upgraded us to Room 3 without extra charge since we were the only ones in the B & B at that time. We had plenty of room in # 3, which was...

Just perfect! The inn was very clean and welcoming. The innkeeper was very nice and helpful. We stayed in Room 2 and have no complaints. There is a little upstairs porch that was a nice little place to sit in the evening to enjoy our wine. Breakfast was fine and Chef Luke knew we had a long drive ahead, so...

While this is an absolutely lovely home, everything about it seems tired. We spent three nights here and the breakfasts were a big disappointment. Everything looked and tasted like it came straight from the microwave. The owner seemed not to care and only after we inquired about checking out early did his interest in accommodating us improve.

We had a large, comfortable, lovely room with a king bed, couch and comfy chair and ottoman arranged in front of a (non working) fireplace located on the first floor. we could have been comfortable there for several days. That being said, there are a few things which need attention. The gift? Area in what could be a lovely entrance...

We took advantage of their 20 years anniversary deal. The place is tired but for the price we thought it was great value for the money. We would rather stay in a warm, inviting slightly tired inn over a brand new bland and characterless motel on Main Street .Our room, Albert Sidney Johnston was specious, clean, and had two wingback...

Artifacts from the era...pictures of the generals who fought there...really takes you back. Don't miss a beautiful walk around the neighborhood either. Luke was wonderful to us...appreciate the "extras". Good Southern cuisine. Room 6 was VERY comfortable...even with a Jan 2 cold snap. Location fine: short drive to the Civil War Interpretive center (not to be missed, even for the...

A great place to stay in Corinth. The history is fascinating! We stayed in Room 6... Great sized room & a comfortable bed. Had dinner and of course, breakfast at the Inn. Within walking distance to downtown.

There were 4 couples in our group that enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Generals Quarters. The owner greeted us upon our arrival and was very accommodating. He was there if we had questions but left us to ourselves to enjoy the home and the area. Our room was prepared for our arrival with the lights on and the air...
