A friend & I were in Greenville for one night for a half marathon in Leland. Booked online because the front of the hotel looked decent and had an economical rate. This is an old hotel that could use more updating. The breakfast area is nice size & clean. They did serve a decent hot breakfast. The front desk (Johnnesia?) & house keeping staff could NOT have been any nicer or more helpful. The room had an musty odor until it cooled down. The frig just kept leftovers barely cool on the coldest setting. Room was clean enough, not exceptional (carpet is never clean enough in ANY hotel, not just this one). Did find one dead ant on a pillow. The bed pillows are three half sized pillows, so you might take your own if you like full sized pillows. The bed was the NICEST surprise of all.... oh my.... it was heavenly. I have a Tempurpedic at home and never expect a good night's sleep away from home..... this bed was wonderful!! The free Wi-Fi is a joke... on second floor at the very end of hall (Rm 239) it was not even as good as dial-up! Parking lot is very well lit with a partial fence. Police dept. is across the street which was reassuring. The casino & river are just across the street with a nice walkway over the levee. Would I stay here again... if my only other options are a $100+ / night, Yes, I would stay here!

I decided to give this hotel a try since it was near the river. My visit was pleasant but I asked for a room with a microwave and a fridge but I was given a room without one. Other than that my visit was Herat

I book a reservation on 05/11/2023. I initially plan on staying a week. The room I stay in was OK. but it did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. The bathroom was dirty. The next day I wanted to take a shower but guess what? no Soap! after 3 phone calls down stair someone said they was bringing me soap. I never got it. They said there is no soap. So, I checked out. Later I was billed 182 Dollars early check out fee. Never again.

The Fairfield Inn was a nightmare for us. When we walked in to the room, we were overcome by a cheap floral air freshner smell. It was hideous. The room was dark and dingy. The carpet was dirty and faded and appeared to be growing mold near the bathroom. The water was brown. The mattress and box springs looked like they belonged in a museum. We could hear casino game noises day and night. In the morning, cigarette smoke began pouring through a connecting door between our non-smoking room and the one beside us. We asked for a wake up call that never came. They forgot to provide our bill on our door for Express Check out. We had to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes because no one was there to check us out at 9 am.

When we arrived we were given a snack bag with chips and fruit, cookies and mints. That was a nice touch, but the orange in our bag was covered in mold which grossed us out.

Our stay in Greenville was a horrible ordeal which we will never repeat. We were glad to leave. For those of you planning a trip, unfortunately there aren't many choices in Greenville. The others we had considered online all looked rougher on the outside than our hotel. We saw signs for a new Holiday Inn Express that is being built there. If we had to travel to Greenville again, we would try to stay there.

My visit at the Comfort Inn was most enjoyable. The staff was so polite and professional They serve a very nice continental breakfast. The coffee was superb...The location is very good within walking distance to two casino's,a very good cafe one block away. I would definitely stay at the Comfort Inn again. If clean and friendliness are important to you I recommend the Comfort Inn in Greenville.

I had my first visit to your lovely hotel this past weekend in Greenville, Mississippi. I must say it was a joyful occassion to stay there. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff was top knotched. From the desk clerk, the house keeping department, the people setting up for breakfast and the security officer, we could not have had better service. The rooms were clean, the linen and towels were spotless. The iron and ironing board, coffee pot and coffee were appreciated. I really felt safe coming back to the hotel at night because of the great lighting and the on site security person. My mother, sister and I really had a good time, we will be visiting your hotel on our next visit, and we will recommend your hotel to other family members and friends. Thank you and continue with what you are doing with your hotel.

Okay so Greenville, Mississippi, probably isn't at the top of your vacation list. I wound up there on my way to somewhere else but when I got to the Fairfield, I wished I had reason to be in the area longer. The hotel is impeccably clean. The service is fast and accommodating. The breakfast bar was the largest and most complete I've ever seen - and FREE! There were comp cookies in the afternoon, and a water cooler in the lobby. The room price was right - inexpensive. And there's a casino just across the way, within walking distance, still the hotel provides a comp shuttle. Amazing! I was given a coupon book upon check-in ... the values of which made up for the cost of my room. I wish I had reason to return, my stay there was great!

We got two king, non-smoking rooms for the festival. The hotel is dated but clean. The desk clerk, Regina, is great. She takes her job seriously, she even called three days before we checked in to make sure that we were coming. She makes delicious cookies at 7:00pm. The hotel is perfect for the festival that happens a block away. It is also right across the levee from a casino and on the Main Street of Greenville. The breakfast is good and the lady that brings it is also super nice. Like everybody says the water is shocking, but this is a small delta town. We could not have enjoyed ourselves any more. Just go in with an open mind and not expecting a luxurious hotel where there isn't one. Have fun in the delta, we did.

My wife and I alone with my son and daughter stayed there for a family reunion. It was the worse hotel experiences I've had. The reservations was messed up, the sheets had stains on them requested new ones and someone came and just dropped them off, the rooms had ants in it, and it rain on the window seal the inside of the window was flooded, to fix it they just brought towels and put in the window. The door key didn't work all the time reported it and she said she will have maintenance guy look at it but he never did. And to top it all off the manager said that he will give us 1 of the nights free for both if the rooms we had and didn't just gave us 1 free night for 1 room. Then 2 days after we return home went into our bank account and took the money out for the free room that was given to us. NEVER WILL WE STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
