average or slightly less. Carpet had stains in many areas. Bed was comfortable though and good pillows! Bathroom small, but clean. The room reeked of air freshener on arrival, but became better after an hour or so with the fan on.
The advantage here is the price. It's way less than surrounding properties. Costs are cut by

Def bare bones, but adequate for an overnight in Indianola; I'd stay again to save a few bucks

As a number of the reviews state then for the low cost this is a reasonable motel close to main roads and fast food outlets. The room's fittings and fixtures were acceptable although the floor needed vacuuming. I sadly got a number of bites in the night and I assume they came from things lurking in the mattress.

You get what you pay for, it is a strictly cheap stay. Old establishment needing more upgrades. Smells of smoke in no smoking rooms. But it's in a non busy area. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel but a good stay.

Located right on Highway 82, this motel is convenient to the B.B. King museum, the Jim Henson museum and many other Mississippi Delta attractions. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

One tends to forget that Rodeway Inn is a basic hotel. This one on the other hand actually has nice beds, a flat screen TV, granite countertops, and a microwave and fridge. Had a new shower head too! I mean doesn't have a breakfast but was $20 cheaper than the hotels that did. I can go eat a kings breakfast somewhere for that much. So all in all this hotel met my expectations.... Not meant for the pickiest people, but clean room newer a/c I mean what else is really needed?

HORRIBLE experience. Was forced to stay at this hotel due to inclement weather. The clerk took a solid 10 minutes to check me in. Didn't speak very good English and was having problems with the computer. He then charged me for 2 nights when I had only reserved 1. He did correct this and credit me the money immediately. Its a cheap motel, what do you expect? It was late when I arrived, and I didn't notice before going to bed that there were no towels. So when I woke up to shower at 6 am, I was not too pleased to realize I had no towels to dry off. But the worst part is... later that day I got a $20 charge on my credit card for some unknown reason. I called to ask what it was for, and they told me it was because I took their towels! Unbelievable. The cleaning person, who mistakenly forgot to leave the towels in the first place, told mgmt that their towels were gone. So I must have taken what I can only imagine were some worn out dingy towels! I called back to ask about the charge and they continued to accuse me of stealing their towels! He said I should've called the front desk if there were no towels. Well sir, it was 5:30 in the morning and there's an ice storm outside and I have to be at the hospital for work in about 30 minutes, and I'm butt naked. Considering it took you 10 minutes to check me in the previous night, I don't have a lot of confidence in you comprehending what I'm saying and bringing me my towels in an expeditious manner. Instead I actually had to get BACK in bed until I was dry. By far the worst hotel experience I've ever had, which is saying something considering I travel about 100 nights a year. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The motel is located right at us 82 and 49 hwy easy to access. The rooms are in good condition and don't smells bad.. I have a good rest... The price is okey... The staff is very helpful... I like to stay here again.... Thank you for the service

I rented for a few hours while in town to work and was assigned room 203. Prior to entering the room, the owner rushed up the stairs to check everything which was odd. He said it had not been rented in a while. Upon entering, splattered blood was found throughout the room. He assigned us another room and apologized. The owners have always been nice, however the rate is not worth it.

This hotel or Inn is not as expected. It's run down,dirty outdated too pricey. It doesn't have the simply of things. No iron or garbage receptacles anywhere outside. Rooms are not cleaned properly spiderwebs inside fridge bugs water lukewarm. Carpet is atrocious not vacuumed or cleaned properly. Crumbs in every crack of all corners. Internet terrible it takes forever to log on and its verrry slow and at a certain over night it stops working. As much money as they charge for a room they could at least update this mess. Made reservation thru Hotwire and it was to be non-smoking got put in a smoked filled room very nasty. I'm trying to log on to internet I hear a sound go near sink and a huge bug in garbage. I go to office tell lady behind desk she calls the gentleman and he comes to room with broom and dustpan and he's telling me there's not a problem with room not bugs. I told him if he believed that he wouldn't have came armed. This is a crime it should be closed down or renovated. Only good thing about it, it's in an ok location. They should be ashamed of themselves I would be embarrassed if I ran and establishment in the manner that's it's been operated. This place gives other Inns and hotels a bad rap. Anyone wanting to stay here don't unless it's for one night just to rest or sleep it's at least quiet. I will never stay here again. Do use this as an extended stay Inn not worth the aggravation.

We stayed here en route to a softball tournament in Southern Mississippi as a quick stop over before we drove the rest of the way to our destination. Room was clean and I felt safe at this location. If you are looking for an inexpensive, clean, safe room for a night this fits the bill. It is located near fast food restaurants and a large nice gas station. Would stay again if we traveled through the area.
