No, I believe you can rent rooms individually. Each has its own outside exit, if desired. Not sure how utilization of the common area would be worked out, however.

The Empty Nest has two queen beds: occupancy 4. The Nest Egg has 3 rooms with 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Queen and a couch: occupancy 8+. The Love Nest has a king bed: occupancy 2.
