Very much enjoyed our stay. Welcomed by a cream tea, given lots of great local knowledge to help us find interesting things to do. Valery, the hostess, is absolutely brilliant. Room is spotlessly clean, as is the whole place. Cooked breakfast can't be faulted. Swimming pool is not massive but perfectly adequate - good temperature, neither too hot nor too...

Wheatley Farm isn't the easiest place in the world to find but it is well worth the effort! A lovely period property with just four rooms let to guests, all (I believe) with en-suite facilities as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Ideally located for the North Cornish coastline, and for those more adventurous the rest of Cornwall is easily accessible...

My partner surprised me with a 3 night stay at this beautiful B&B. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner Valerie who was very friendly and hospitable. We stay in the room which had the spa bath which was absolutely stunning. A large double bed which both myself and my partner just sunk into. We had the most amazing...

Stayed here for 2 nights at the recommendation of friends. Valerie very welcoming with pleasant afternoon tea. Room was large and well furnished (Bradford Room), large en suite, with jacuzzi bath. Plenty of tea/coffee/water in the room. Valerie offered suggestions for an evening meal and was kind enough to pre book it for us. A varied selection for breakfast, and...

This is a working dairy farm with about 150 head of cattle. The farmhouse is a very traditional farm building with thick stone walls, although it has been extended, mainly to accommodate the swimming pool and spa. The decoration is quite heavy and gives a distinctly old-fashioned feel to the rooms. Valerie is very welcoming and the breakfasts, whilst not...

We have just returned from our stay at Wheatley Farm B&B. Everything was just as described on the website and Valerie was a very warm, friendly hostess. She helped us decide where to go to eat, and where to visit. Her recommendation for the Local butcher was taken up on our way home so we have some meals planned to...

Valerie or "Ying Yang" as she is apparently sometimes known, will give you a welcoming reception at this lovely family run dairy farm. I stayed in Claire's room a large twin bed with Laura Ashley furnishings and a large private shower room with Aqualisa shower. The location is in a country lane but well within striking distance of Bude and...
