All you need after a long flight or before an Early departure. The front desk and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Front desk made sure my room was close to where I had parked to make it easy in am. The ladies in the lounge on the 9th floor are fantastic and funny. Felt at...

I stayed here almost every week due to my work. This is a recently remodeled hotel and rooms are really nice. Staff are really helpful and help you with any questions. I travel a lot and I must say the bellman, Tim, was exceptional. He went the extra step to provide optimal customer service for my entire family. Sadly I do not see this very often; however, he brought a smile to everyone's face everytime we departed and returned to the hotel. If you could have a 'Tim' at every Marriott...

The Airport Marriott is a standard Marriott-style hotel with an above average courtyard area with a very nice pool. There is also one of those combined indoor-outdoor pools where you can swim under the wall to the outdoor courtyard. The lounge area had a couple of live singer/guitar players in the evening. Restaurant food was fine, although the menu choices...

Great staff, ready to helpyou, very great place to stay if you are flying into or out of St. Louis, MO. Shuttle available to take you or pick you up from the air port. Quiet and clean place ot stay. Thank you

We stayed at this hotel while chaperoning a high school choir trip. The Lobby was beautiful, clean and inviting! Our room was adequate at best. The bath tub was not clean, the room was old and the service was mediocre.One of the three nights we got clean towels,clean glasses,coffee packs and turn down service. The other nights we did not....

Mary Jane and Nelly do an amaizing job of making the hotel feel like home. As a weekly traveler one of the main reasons I keep booking my stay at the Marriot by the airport hotel is because of their great service and home-like atmosphere they create.

Especially the personalized treatment one gets every morning at Concierge by Joann and Paige to kick start the day in the right way. The staff was great. The breakfast was on point too. We stayed during a visit to St. Louis to play golf. The rooms were nice and clean for the most part. The staff around the hotel and especially in the dining area were very nice. They place quite a few pillows in the bed for you to be comfortable.

The entire hotel staff is finely tuned and has a sense of priority and attention to detail. They make you feel comfortable and important. The service is outstanding and flawless.
