I am a landlady get me out of here!!! I am here for 2 nights as I am in Leigh on business....I wish it was only 1!!! The hotel is dated and the room I am in is not the cleanest...had to go to supermarket to get bleach to clean bathroom!!! The carpet smells of vomit ...if I can get...

Room filthy, beds uncomfortable! Needs full refurb, worst of all we were woke at 5.45am by group of foreign lads in the room next door shouting and making lots of noise! They were shortly followed by another group banging on their door for party in room 506!! I had to get my children up and out and drive home at...

We booked this hotel as we were visiting family in Leigh. From the outside, the hotel looks quite dated, but the reception is bright, light and airy. we stayed in a 4 person sleep room, it was a nice size, clean with comfy beds.reception was very helpful, the gym is a nice size, pool and jacuzzi, steam room was a nice bonus. one negative the hotel does not have single beds, so family had to top and tail for the night.

We have been staying here for 3 to 4 months and we have been told improvements are going to be made. Well after this week we won't be staying again because nothing has changed and it never will !! Despite all efforts from the staff who are amazing this place is sadly let down by its poor management. The carpets...

Stayed two nights, no complaints, great overall. rooms were massive. close to motorway so take ear plugs. Got woken up one night listening to a woman singing opera at 1.30 - 3.30 a.m. Breakfasts were good. I would stay there again

Went for one night the room was nice and clean the bed was fresh and clean and the bath was relaxing the food we had a carvery it was o.k not the best but not the worst breakfast was o.k to . If all you need is a bed it's good with a Bonus of a pool and jacuzzi !!!

Booked this last minute as everywhere else was full, a cheap hotel but should still be of a standard, rooms very tired, stained furnishings and outer bedding, all furniture chipped and dusty, stains on the carpet, valances on the bed were filthy and stained, one of the rooms also stunk of smoke, not acceptable really. Me and my 11 year old daughter came to stay here, we're do I possibly start! We walked in the hotel & paid took our bags to the lift and got out on our floor & opened the door, the smell was foul & straight away we noticed a huge stain on the carpets, cigarette burns on the windowsill, dirty...
