We arrived super late and tired at the resort. The front lady Barbara was AMAZING!! I had told her that we were here for a funeral and she worked with us on pricing and also gave us free tickets to a show, Nashville Roadhouse. Omgsh!!! It was sooooo wonderful! My son actually ended up singing with the two lead singers Heath and Steve!!! The video is a little long so idk where I could post it but we had such an amazing time even though we were mourning. It was a great time to spend with family but enjoy ourselves which we never get to do! We were treated so well at the resort and just Branson in general! Irena- the breakfast attendant was also great. She offered to make our waffles and actually gave me a whole pot of coffee to take back to our condo. We enjoyed breakfast in the mornings. Thank you so much for accommodating our needs and wants. Our family greatly appreciate everything from Barbara and Irena!

Never been to Branson so we decided to take kids on our way back home to Texas. We booked our room at Booking.com we had our dogs with us. The stay was good no problems. Breakfast was good. The premise was clean. Girls and husband went in pool and pool was clean . Would definitely come again

This review/rating is for the front desk clerks and Irena the breakfast server. ONLY! These ladies are fantastic!!! Not enough stars for the excellent customer service they provided. The ladies at the front desk made sure we were satisfied with our accommodations - even upgrading. They worked with us to ensure the accommodations met our expectations. Always stayed positive and helpful. Thanks to these ladies, we had an enjoyable stay. Irena - the breakfast server was helpful, friendly, and kept things picked up and clean. She made sure the items offered for breakfast never ran low. She helped our granddaughter get her waffle mix in the waffle maker and then brought several kinds of syrup to the table for her to choose from. She cleaned the serving area frequently and cleared away the used dishes from our table. She was always wiping down tables, and using the sweeper to get up any food from the floor. She enjoyed talking with the guests and we enjoyed talking with her. She had a very positive and cheerful attitude. She tried to provide each guest with a pleasant dining experience. I wish half the wait staff in restaurants were as attentive as her. Since I booked through Airbnb, I will leave a property review there.

In May of 2021, I booked a room by phone and talked to a lady named Deb. They called and confirmed my reservation yesterday. Today, as we are heading to Branson; they call and cancel our reservation. Spoke to lady named Tracy today and she said they require full payment 14 days in advance to rent one of their suites. In May, Deb took my credit card information and said it would hold the room. I requested to speak with the manager and was told she wasn't available. When I insisted (yes, I got cranky), they hung up on me. I called back again and was hung up on four more times..... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
