My family stayed at Castle Rock in Branson, MO this weekend. The staff were too young, incompetent, difficult, uninformative and made no effort toward courtesy. Alex, the shift manager refused to allow my 8 month pregnant daughter and my nursing daughter to have their room unless I left Silver Dollar City and drove to the hotel and presented my ID...

We booked our stay here strictly off a brochure and while it is in a great location and the water park the kids loved the rooms were not clean the linen had stains and it appeared there were limited on maid service, the grill on the other hand was awesome great food and timely service, the water park could use...

This, was the 3rd time in the past 5 years that we have stayed at Castle Rock. After reading recent reviews I was worried about this visit. Happy to report that our trip was great. I made reservations for the hotel and SDC through Reservebranson.com. I called the day we were to arrive and confirmed the room. When we went...

Castle rock was a good place to go with small kids. The complaints I would have is I felt like the pool water was really smelly. Smelled like mildew. I felt as if they would clean up the water it would be more enjoyable. The rooms were average hotel rooms. Also, I thought it was a little over priced. Other...

We had a great time during our stay and thought the staff was very friendly. I believe some people just want to complain. I heard some people being very rude to the front desk staff because a pool was shut down when a kid pooped in it. What do you want? Our room was clean and the kids had a...

We stayed in a room in what they call the tower (which is just connected to the lobby). Checking in was fairly quick. The front desk was friendly. We all (7 of us) got our wristbands and we set off. We got up to our room which was very clean. The bunk beds was perfect for our kiddoes. They loved...

Our hotel room was disgusting. There was a dirty sock hanging on the lampshade. The sink and bathtub were very slow to drain. And the bathtub didn't look like it had ever been scrubbed. I actually scrubbed my feet with baby wipes when I got out of shower. And no one brought us clean towels or emptied our trash. We...

This was a horrible choice. The rooms are dirty and uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here with your family. This Property needs to be Refurbished. The carpets leave your feet black and you wake up feeling horrible because its impossible to get a good nights sleep on the king bed. 30 dollar room for 199.00 USD!!
