The hotel was clean throughout- rooms, bathrooms, common areas and pool. Very well kept. Friendly efficient well trained staff. Plenty of room towels, pool towels. Good choices at breakfast and pretty good coffee.

Our room was very clean and very spacious. The king sized bed and oodles of pillows were so comfy! Enjoyed the many amenities, except missed having a microwave in the room. (We had some leftovers from dinner to be warmed up & didn't want to go downstairs to use the microwave in the kitchen.) Beautiful pool. Loved the location -...

Nice, clean rooms, nothing fancy. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Very pretty pool. We were here the 10th of September and their pool was still open. A nice surprise, we did not use it though; we were only there overnight. Continental breakfast consisted of cereal, donuts, bagels, toast, fruit cocktail, yogurt, and biscuits and gravy. Coffee, juice and milk.

Small fairly clean room in bad need of a remodel. I stayed there because of the rating and the price. The rating was much to high for this property. On the positive side the price was affordable and the staff were friendly. It was quiet except for the air conditioner which was extremely noisy. Look elsewhere.

My room was spacious and clean. I stayed in a single queen room. They had a table and chairs so I could set up my laptop and use the free wifi. It also had a jet tub in the room. Very relaxing. The breakfast included had bisquits and gravy, cereal, donuts and a few other things.

I have stayed at many mom and pop, inexpensive motels in Branson and this one is one of the best. The price was amazing, breakfast decent, and level parking, Surprisingly, I couldn't hear my neighbors, showers running or tv's when I was in my room. The shower pressure was great and the fridge was a little bigger than usual. There...

This is a great motel always clean, friendly, and a good price. The motel is off the main drag and very quit, and very little traffic so the kids are safe from cars. The pool is clean and a small play ground is on site.

I found this motel to be clean, quiet and rather inexpensive. The breakfast bar was clean and the food was acceptable, the lady running it was courteous and friendly. I had a second floor room, and it was a walk-up but I had little baggage on this trip and the wifi worked pretty good. I will rate it as a...

We knew the hotel would be outdated and less than what we wouldve chosen normally, but we were referred by a coworker who is also an executive housekeeper and thought we'd give it go meanwhile, save some money. Initially things were not good, the fd attendant didnt seem like she knew what she was really doing when checking us in,...

Hello Amanda, I am sorry that you found a bug in your room during your stay with us. Our Pest control sprays once a month but we can't control bugs with as many guests that we have stay with us or due to fact that we are located next to a forest. I had our Pest Control Inspect & Spray...
