I stay here often. Very charming, shows a little wear but many rooms have recently been redone. A good bar and restaurant and a GREAT staff. Also afternoon cookies and evening wine. Breakfast is included each morning and is pretty good and the USA Today is provided each morning. Charming garden courtyard for lunch or dinner.

Room 202 appears to be a bigger king bed room. I saw another with queen and it was smaller. Buffet breakfast is good with hot specials and yummy sweet rolls. A small bootle of tropics a orange juice (ask for a glass to split it). Staff is small but efficient. Parking across the street is valet. Great location and quiet....

Traveled here for a weekend visit. Property is located in a 1920's era building which was at some point rehabbed into a small hotel with onsite restaurant. Major pros - will not mistake this for a chain hotel. Very quaint, rooms are nice sized, clean, very comfortable beds, good wifi and TV. Many nearby dining options, including on site restaurant...

We were in a comfortable, clean and attractive junior suite. The furnishings were like home; the mattress better. The staff are the high point - all were friendly and rushed to help us with everything. Thank you for offering us such fine hospitality!

Such a disappointment!!! The hotel is not clean, the stairs were never vacuumed, there was no elevator and I had to ask some one to carry my luggage to my room. The room was less than clean, carpet not clean, baseboards with dust(noticed when I had to find an electrical outlet). There were no inviting warm cookies, happy hour was...

We received warm, welcoming service at the Seven Gables Inn. All the staff were friendly and informative about things to do in the area. The hotel was clean with nice decor. Our room was clean. The bed was mega comfortable. Best warm chocolate cookies ever. Only downside is no elevator.

The feel was very cozy and the room had a nice theme to it. The valet was very helpful and always available when needed. The front desk was helpful with letting me know where things were in the area since i am not from St. Louis. Molly Darcy's food was excellent and have some of the best fish and chips...

Was here on business. Comfortable clean room. It did get a little noisy later at night and early in the morning. They were very accommodating when I needed to stay an extra night. Nice continental breakfast. Attached restaurant had a great turkey sandwich.

Upon arrival we were given a noisy room over the bar with a single king-sized bed for three people. After a trip back down the stairs (that desperately need to be vacuumed) to the front desk, and a chat with the manager, we were relocated to the other side of the building away from the bar and a rollaway was...

We stayed at the Seven Gables because everything in town was sold out. What luck!!! Honestly it was so nice. The staff was busting their butts and still smiling! Ask for Kayla, Devonte and Sharon!! These three really make it happen even with no sleep! Our first room was on the 2nd floor and right over the bar( Molly Darcy)...
