The amenities are great for families. There is a beautiful lake for fishing or boating. They have golf, miniature golf, basketball, volleyball, pool, board games, tennis courts, weight room, etc. No need to bring anything. The rooms are outdated, but nice. Beware there is no wifi in your room, but say it is coming. The location is perfect, away from...

We stopped at this resort on our way home from Branson, MO. Nice semi quiet resort located about 45 minutes south of downtown St Louis, the reason I say semi quiet is because of highway 67. Otherwise the resort itself is very quiet and peaceful. The resorts rooms have not been updated by Holiday Inn yet although they have made...

This facility needs some updates and improvements but the staff is truly wonderful. We had a rough first night as the master bedroom smelled like deoderizer and the bed was terribly lumpy. The staff was very responsive and switched us into a different unit. The bed was comfy and there was no odor! There is a design flaw on the...

We loved this resort. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The accommodations were wonderful. We went the early part of December but were still able to walk the nature path and see the beautiful landscape. The room was spotless and very inviting. We are looking forward to bringing our entire family back in the spring.

I went solo to this beautiful property. I am a recent timeshare owner and I was glad to be able to have the opportunity to enjoy the resort so close to home. All of the staff was very helpful and the food was very good! They have an expansive variety of movies and each room is equipped with a DVD...

Decided to take a getaway and found Timber Creek Resort. Very relaxing and yet a lot to do. Highly recommend. Close to St. Louis if you are not from the area. Kimmswick is also very close for historical shopping area. Be sure to eat at Blue Owl restaurant.

When I arrived for check in, I was assisted by Aleisha. She took ownership of the problem and was able to sort out my requested days--which the reservation department refused to do. She reminds me of a young Dana Calloway and needs to be commended for her superior service.

Wife and I traveled with our youngest son's family for a weekend stay. Check in was very easy. I believe Alicia checked us in and she was super friendly. We requested a high chair for the youngest member of the family and it arrived pronto. Unit was clean. Pool, fishing and miniature golf were great. We had a very relaxing...
