With so many options on where to stay in STL we always choose the Hilton Frontenac. First reason, it's so affordable- especially for the high end neighborhood that you're staying in. It's not that much further to drive. Second, it's SAFE. Third, the staff is on it. If there's an

Very nice hotel on the outside and inside. The room I stayed in was recently renovated, very clean and perfect for my needs. All of the staff from the check in host, bar staff and executive lounge were very friendly. The work out room was well equipped and clean. The location

After checking out, later looked at debit statement and found that a incurrence fee was added. We have stayed at Hilton before and never experienced this. Not a lawyer, but I think this is illegal! Check in staff was not very accommodating. The room and everything else was

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your daughters recent stay. I am glad that our Front Office Manager was able to explain the additional authorization charge done upon arrival due to utilizing a debit card. We certainly apologize that this was not explained upon your arrival but since this is like using cash we and most all hotels authorize a nominal charge in case things are charged to the room. That authorization is then removed from your card and made available to you upon your departure. Unfortunately it does take a few days for the bank to release those funds back to you. I will ensure our staff is made aware of your comments and that it is explained better upon arrival. Again, thank you for brining this to our attention and I am glad that we were able to explain this to you and earn your trust again in the property.

Location was excellent, service very good. Were very accommodating at providing a nice room on the Executive Lounge floor at the last minute. Offered to transfer us to a King the next day, but two queens was just fine. Lounge was well maintained and staffed, with extremely

My favorite hotel in the Hilton brand in St Louis. The staff's attention to detail makes it more than just a room to stay in. So many hotels have gotten rid of simple touches like turn down service but these are those little things that you still get here. Staff is always

I would just call them directly and ask. It's supposed to be crazy hot for a while longer, so I imagine they'll probably keep it open through September, but I don't work there, so it's best to call.

We have a daily dry cleaning service but do not have a laundry facility at the property. There is a laundromat 5 miles from the hotel. Thank you.

I am not aware of special romantic rooms, but they have many weddings there and perhaps have a honeymoon suite. Inside the room on the desk on wonderful guide magazines. By all means, go to the top of the arch and explore the museum below. Drive through Forest Park (created for 1904 Worlds Fair) to visit world famous zoo, very reputable art museum, the Jewel Box, and the lovely scenery. Get tickets for a performance at the Muny Opera (easy to do online) to see a Broadway show outdoors. Visit Missouri Historical Society. Take a sightseeing trolley that leaves down by the Riverfront. Lunch in "the Loop" to visit interesting shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Take a ride on the Metro to some of the sights. It is a fabulous city not enough people think about for a vacation!
