Room was not cleaned everyday . Staff took dirty towels but did not replenish with new ones . Are asking for them was told they would be back with them but they never returned on 2 occasions. Air conditioning went out on last day staff member can up attempted to fix it but couldn't was very rude didn't offer any...

We had been to st Louis especially for the gateway arch for a 2 day weekend.Our plan was to visit the gateway arch in the afternoon , stay there overnight and leave for the Meramec caverns the other day and then straight home. Our purpose of the trip was just to have some place for a night to rest ....

You get what you pay for. Stayed three nights, only one of those nights were toiletries placed in the room. They had Wi-Fi but it never worked in our room. The only place it worked was in the laundry room or in the lobby. You could connect to it but not do anything once you connected. Very frustrating! Front desk...

The bed was good which is important to us but the plumbing needs some updating. The toilet was hard to flush and the faucet in the vanity was barely operational. Breakfast wasn't much to speak of but for the price, all was ok. Probably won't stay here again, however.

The stay started out rough. The first room they put us in was still dirty, had not yet been cleaned. The second room was clean but had no shower curtain and was short on towels. The bed had a sag spot in the middle; the AC unit was somewhat on the noisy side. The wash basin had the water lines...

This particular La Quinta was filthy! The first thing that we noticed was the smell, it smelled like an ashtray. The carpet looked as though a vacuum had never touched it. After a 550 mile drive this La Quinta offered a needed nights sleep. Some of the lamps had burnt bulbs. Took a while to get a replacement. This La Quinta was in an area where people were on the nearby streets making a lot of noise. All in all not up to La Quinta's usual standards.
