We really liked this little hotel. You can not beat this location, and it offers great value. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy, the showers were hot. We enjoyed our little balcony, and the coffee/living area each morning. Due to the very central location, there is definitely some
Noise, however we found it to be quieter than other hotels we have stayed at around Mexico. If I was someone who needed complete silence I might skip this one, or maybe not stay in sayulita all together. We visited friends who were staying on “gringo hill,” and it was just as loud (due to a carnival that was in town). Would definitely stay here again.

We have enjoyed our stay here. The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We have hot water for showers. The air conditioning works well. The location is ideal for walking to the beach or around town. A couple of things to note: there is no on-site parking (we were lucky to get street parking next to the hotel), there are no televisions in the rooms, and street noise could be an issue for light sleepers.

This gem of a hotel deserves more than 2 stars. Its basic, but very clean, comfortable and a friendly staff. Location is perfect if you like being in the centre of things. Very close to the beach and numerous bars and restaurants. It can be pretty noisy on occasion late at night from music to drumming, so ask for a room in the rear if theirs one available.

Noisy to the MAX. Would not recommend. Firstly, we did not receive the room we booked at check in. The room we got was unsatisfactory by size and comfort for what we had paid and booked online. We wanted to leave and find a different place but it was already late so we decided to stay. It was a big mistake on our part. Our room didn’t have curtains to block the light. But the worst thing which I feel is downplayed in other reviews is the amount of noise that you can hear from your room. The bathroom is open to the outside so you can’t block any noise. You can hear everything. I wore earplugs and could still hear all the noise and bass from music and screaming from people until very late into the night. Morning is almost worse because you get woken up by the noise from cars and people from the street. There is nothing to block the noise. It’s almost like if you were to sleep on the sidewalk. If you’re coming to this hotel to sleep, I would 100% recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

This small hotel was just amazing. The staff were so accommodating and helpful with everything. Breakfasts were made to order. We had an amazing view of the ocean and town. It’s a short 1min walk to the beach. Plenty to do here in Sayulita.

We checked in after a long trip to get there, went to our room (the Led Zepplin) to lay down and rest before heading out to explore. Although our air conditioner said it was on, the room was 90 degrees. Got back to the room that night after dinner and it was still too hot to sleep, so we opened the sliding door and window to let the breeze in and turned on the light to read... unfortunately there were no screens on the windows or doors and the light attracted big beetles that dived bombed us in bed. We closed everything up and waited for the meager breeze from the ceiling fan to cool us down. The next night we went out dancing, came back to a hot room but were so tired that we slept pretty well. We got up in the morning to take a shower, only to find the shower was a mere trickle. My wife came out of the bathroom and said "that's it, were outta here!". We don't mind roughing it when that's what were expecting, but when we check into what is supposed to be a nice hotel, at a premium price they have to have running water at the minimum.
I went to the desk to check out (two days early) and the manager was shocked that we were leaving. He offered to look into our complaints, but it was too late, the damage was done. Even though we had paid in full, we were offered no compensation.
I must say, although our experience was very poor, the staff here are exceptionally nice and the breakfast is great.

Room Tip: Led Zepplin room has a great view, but being on the top floor was uncomfortably warm.

The hotel is very well located right next to the beach and town centre. The rooms are cozy and well decorated with comfortable beds and good showers. There is internet available throughout.
The stuff is very welcoming and helpful, you can take beach towels which are changed every day and the rooms are kept very clean during your stay. They even offered me to do my washing, which was very nice.
There is breakfast available in the morning, which is simple but set out on a lovely common area with seatings on a small terrace.
I stayed in U2 room which is nice and cozy and has an access to the terrace. Both of the windows do come out onto the terrace though which is accessible from the other rooms on the floor, so most of the time you have to have curtains down which is a shame and does give a slight lack of privacy. Otherwise was a nice room and the cheapest.

My wife and I stayed here in early February during the "Sayulita Festival Weekend". We wanted to be right down in the heart of it all regardless of the potential for noise. We spent 5 days there in 2 different rooms and had a great time. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, AC, flat screen TV with Mexican cable, plenty of hot water and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The town was rockin during this weekend and the noise level was as expected...but not a problem for us...who goes to Mexico without ear plugs??? The "rock and roll band" theme for the rooms is pretty cool. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great location and a great hotel with an exceptional breakfast! My wife and I stayed in the pink Floyd room and it was perfect overlooking the ocean and the Main Street. It was a little noisy but not unbearable. This will be our new place to stay from now on!

I loved this hotel! It is in the middle of everything in town. Beach is one block one way, Plaza is one block the other way. Friendly attentive staff, clean rooms! My sheets were soft and smelled of Downey every night. Breakfast made your way. I will stay here again.
