INNKEEPER’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 1 week ago

Rarely has a destination totally exceeded my expectations, or even my hopes. But Hacienda de La Costa is one of those exceptional places. This beautifully designed and managed hideaway is nestled in the jungle, just a short walk from gorgeous, swimmable beaches, and a walk or cab ride from nearby Sayulita and other lovely Mexican towns. The rooms are spacious,...

What a great surprise it was to meet truly wonderful people, Steve & Terri ☀️ We travelled along a creek bed and over cobble stone roads, so exciting, before arriving at the STUNNING "Hacienda De La Costa"!! This is a must stay at destination for anyone wanting real R&R. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a few four legged...

First class all the way with beauty and hospitality!! Stunning ocean views with gorgeous sunsets. Awoke each morning to the natural jungle sounds, so, so relaxing in the exceptionally groomed B&B, it has everything that you need. We were so impressed with the gourmet breakfasts of which are home made from scratch by Terri, GREAT LADY!! Steve, is a wealth...

I have stayed at this wonderful B & B several times by myself but this was the first time with other friends. Everyone was amazed at Terri's original gourmet breakfasts and the incredible ocean views, complete with stunning sun sets . Steve was ever helpful in sharing local knowledge, helping with side trips, and giving us the "lay of the...

Steve and Terri are great hosts who will help you plan your stay. Terri's delicious homemade breakfasts were a great way to start the day. We loved their crew of 4-legged rescues who welcomed us and provided additional entertainment. Overall, very clean, quiet and well-appointed place to stay to get away and relax! For those who need to stay connected,...

What a true treasure, from the beautiful trail leading up to this Hacienda to each days arrival I was in augh, the grounds were so immaculent, and the tropical beauty that the owners Steve andTerry have created is a true paradise. The small resort has its own unique beauty and I was fortunate to see each of the 5 charming...

Hacienda De La Costa beams from the attention to detail that Steve and Terri have put into it. They are both consummate innkeepers, giving just enough attention and of course Terri's breakfasts are fantastic. I was travelling solo; this was my last stop and the pinnacle of my 2 weeks in Mexico and everything about my room La Joya was...

In Mexico for a couple of week winter getaway we stayed the first week in Puerto Vallarta. It was nice and we had a great time with friends but the second week at Hacienda de la Costa (HdlC) was more our style and we loved every minute of our stay! We're so glad you chose to spend part of your vacation in our little corner of the world and that you had a great time with the other guests :) Because of our secluded location, and the adults-only aspect of Hacienda de La Costa, we tend to attract like-minded guests so it's not at all uncommon for the guests to...

Hacienda de la Costa is off the beaten path but close enough that in a quick 30-40 min walk or 10 min cab, you're right in the heart of Sayulita. The best part about the walk is that you can dip in and out of a number of beaches along the way. We had planned to walk down to one...

Location was quiet and peaceful and views were amazing. Jungle and ocean sounds made the stay even more enjoyable. Nearby beaches were beautiful and secluded, and the walk into town was a pleasurable jungle walk. Breakfasts were delicious, with extra care put into the small touches such as homemade granola and tortillas etc. Rooms were clean and spacious and had...
