The affordable 2-storey cabanas were beautifully decorated with mexican pottery and had all kitchen amenities to make any meal. La Posada was safe, friendly and unbelievably gorgeous. There was a pristine beach, constant waves and breath taking sunsets. This is a perfect destination for anyone looking to relax in a quiet, non-touristy location. Freshly caught seafood is available down the...

We will absolutely be coming back! My husband and I have been to the Caribbean side of Mexico and didn't think anything could be better than that, but Troncones and Hans and Angie's Posada blew that away. The cab ride from the airport was easy and not too long at all (40 mins.) and as soon as we arrived we...

Something many of us always say is I need a vacation after this vacation. For the first trip in many years, this was exceptionally relaxing. Hans and Angie, the hosts make for a very easy home away from home. Check in/Check out went something like this: Check In - Greet at Gate, walk down pathway and offered a beer, walked...

Two years ago we wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary some place different. We had enough of the 3500 person cruises, the tacky all-inclusive resorts with the 'cattle' type attitude. We were trying to find a place to relax and recharge, but where? Well at the time, I was working with Vector Control for Santa Cruz County. One of...

From the moment we drove into Raqueros, we felt very welcome. We were greeted by the owners, Hans and Angie, and immediately felt a member of their family. The courtesy and welcome extended to their excellent local staff, and even to their pets. We were meeting friends at Raqueros and Hans and Angie did all they could to make all...

We recently spent four nights at Posada de los Raqueros and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Meeting Hans & Angie and their two trusty, canine beachwalk companions was a joy. Only 25 minutes by car, but light years away from Ixtapa, we absolutely fell in love with the quiet beauty of Troncones, Manzanillo Bay and especially La Posada...

We had such a relaxing time at the Posada. We stayed in the Mariposa Casita, very clean and cozy and has a comfy bed. We did bring some food, but cooking at the casita wasn't really necessary. A wonderful light breakfast is offered in the main area each morning and there are four wonderful restaurants within a short beach walk...

My wife and I with another couple stayed for several days in the two story house located next to the main house. The owners were not there but an attentive family was in charge and helped up with most of our needs. The stay was meant to be a more relaxed, restful experience and it met our expectations. We made...

I stayed for a week at La Posada de los Raqueros where I met the owners Angie and Hans. They were great hosts, even cooking some Indonesian food for me to sample, very tasty! The grounds were so nice and clean, our villa was always spotless and cleaned up when we returned from a surf trip. The point break of...
