Casa de la Sirena in Troncones is paradise. We visited in Oct/Nov 2015 to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was our second trip to this hotel and another perfect vacation in Troncones. This is the place to go if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and re-energize. The grounds are lush, rooms are clean and...

Thank you Deb and Mike for the wonderful time at the Casa la Sirena on Troncones Beach, one that I will never forget. After being transferred to the Tres Mujeres from the Present Moment retreat due to overbooking, I wandered up the beach feeling the accommodations were not comparable. The Tres Mujeres is a much more family oriented establishment and...

Another great trip to Troncones. We are repeat visitors to Troncones and tried Casa de la Sirena this year. What a wonderful experience. The mini villa was fantastic. A great view of the ocean, open air kitchen, dining and sitting area and a bedroom that you can close off at night for more privacy and A/C if you prefer. The...

This experience was like none that we have had and we have travelled a lot. We stayed in the Private Villa and were so pleased with the layout, the pool and the beach. Humberto was there for us, with anything that we needed, the accommodations were clean and decorated so nicely! We absolutely "loved" the people of this little village....

Casa de la Sirena in Troncones is a magical place. It is better in real life than the pictures are able to communicate. On a breathtaking beach, with a beautiful pool, and surrounded by lush, tropical, and immaculate grounds, it is paradise. The rooms are big, clean, and quaintly decorated. We stayed in both a bungalow and a mini-villa –...

This is our second time at this great Villa. We like to have a quiet little get away before the craziness of the holidays. If you like quiet, this is the place to be. You get the beach to yourself and at the right time of the year you could get the entire place all to yourself. The suites are...

Hello Debbie, We returned home safely to Calgary and I just want to thank you and Mike for providing another perfect vacation experience. Your private paradise is exactly what we needed to relax, and focus on each other for nine days. The weather was absolutely amazing and the beach was virtually void of anyone else. Humberto, Jose, Maria and Victoria...

Pleasant grounds and apartments, a cheerful staff, and the village itself is terrific. Fresh seafood is a two minute walk. The downsides: 1) an open-air kitchen, so there were bat droppings every morning on the kitchen floor and all over the patio. The staff was good about cleaning them up on a daily basis, but still, kinda yucky. 2) The...

We recently spent a week at Casa de la Sirena in the top floor mini villa. Our friends rented the mini villa just below. Being early season we basically had the place to ourselves and we enjoyed the amazing pool, great beach and wonderful friendly Troncones vibe. Our villa was comfortable, clean and quiet and the owners and staff were...

Our stay at Casa de la Sirena was awesome! Humberto and the staff took excellent care of us (a group of 13 women!) He also helped arrange for excursions, taxis, etc. We enjoyed a hike into the Sierra Madres mountains, a leisurely kayaking trip, a wonderful dinner at Roberto's - where we experienced the "turtle release", which was amazing! The...

“The above questions are hard to answer because it is more of a boutique hotel, rather than a large full service hotel. Which is what we liked the most about it. I feel like our private villa was the perfect room and very reasonably priced.”
