There are no shortage of Cafes, Pubs & Restaurants to chose from in the delightful (and very popular) town of Richmond in Tasmania and we chose to have lunch at the Richmond Arms on the Main Street. It had no shortage of parking places and we were were afforded a warm welcome. As a group we ordered 2 mini-roasts (as...

This used to be our local for a good pub meal - but not anymore. We ordered a schnitzel with curry scallops sauce and only got curry sauce. When we made the query with the waitress, she went and checked with the chef. The response from the chef was that he could cook some now but there was no use...

We did not try the hotel's catering, merely the pub and overnight accommodation. The accommodation was spacious and generally good, and better than we were led to expect. Popped in for a quick drink. Good selection, nice outdoor area to pass the time. Restaurant was packed so we didn't eat there. Menu looked like typical pub fare. They had rooms if you needed accommodation that looked well priced

Paid $32.00 for a lump of fat fried in a pan and called a porterhouse steak. Worst meal in Tasmania When I told the waitress she said " thank you - I'll pass it on !" Definitely don't eat here - keep riding to Hobart !

Either indoors or outside this is an ideal setting for a refreshment. Friendly staff with a variety of drinks or meals to suit all. Clean facilities, perfect place to catch up or meet new people. #crazycarrsgapyear #jandaljournals

The meals were very average and very over priced. Who would pay $40 for dozen oysters. Would not recommend this venue which is in a very popular historic town. Paid $25 for chicken parmi and was very dry and small in size.

Met up with some good friends for dinner. Was seated in the dinning room with access to bar. Great pub menu options and very quick friendly service. I chose roast pork for under $20 which was absolutely beautiful. It was very tender and a good size serving of meat with vegetables. There is a half roast for a smaller serving....
