Attended Elite Academy at the convention center in Kansas City, MO. Rooms were booked at the downtown Marriott. Hotel very close to the convention center which was very convenient. Hotel consists of 2 separate buildings but easy enough to navigate.

Went to a large conference. The Marriott is the perfect place to stay. Good food, nice gym, good rooms (missed having a refrigerator). The have very close access to the convention center even an underground tunnel during bad weather. The staff is friendly and helpful. We ordered room service several times and they were good. We would stay there again.

I enjoyed my brief stay at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown. The staff was friendly and the common areas were modern. Getting free hot apple cider in the lobby was a nice touch on a cold day, and the smart elevator system worked well. The room was clean but definitely needed any update--worn furniture and lack of power outlets were...

The location for this hotel is very good for downtown KC activities. It was within walking distance to the Power & Light District/Sprint Center, which served our purpose as we were there to see TSO at Sprint Center. The hotel lobby, lounge, and elevator are very nice, and the service was excellent. We did use room service. We ordered chocolate...

My family and I had reservations and were staying with friends for the 9-11 Memorial Stair Climb. Upon check-in the staff made sure that we were all on the same floor. The whole facility was very clean and the staff treated us all very well.

Never stayed in Kansas City before but my company put us up here. I arrived late and was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The hotel lobby and bar area are beautiful. Nice hotel. Large, we stayed in the older part that was one of the original hotels in KC. Many sports teams stay there when playing in Kansas City. Room was nice and quiet. Easy transition over bridge to newer part of hotel with more amenities.
