I stayed at Marriott for the United States Aquatic Convention from 9-30 to 10-4. Overall it was a great experience. Service was good - rooms were updated and clean - and facilities were excellent. Public space is updated and plentiful. Concierge lounge on lobby level is one of the nicest I have experiences in any Marriott - or any hotel...

Overall, this was a great hotel. I liked how clean it was and how you could fit comfortably in the lobby. Also, the new high tech elevators shorten your wait. My only complaint was that the coffee bar was slow and the coffee was so-so.

Valet or self park, I'm glad they gave us a choice. When we entered the lobby it was busy with people. There were numerous places to sit and chat or there is a bar area where people can mingle. The elevators were of new security technology. You push your floor and an elevator takes you to that floor only. The...

Who knew Kansas was full of celebrities that don't want their pictures taken? Or is there another explanation for the big signs in the lobby asking people to respect guests' privacy and not take pictures or video? Hmmm. Beds are too soft. Pillows are too small. Margaritas are two sweet. Steaks are too well cooked (they did give me a...

This is a great location in Kansas City. Quick access to almost everything and walking distance from Power and Light. The property is clean, spacious, and well appointed. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. It is the staff that makes this place a must. Some of the nicest, most friendly and accommodating employees. What a nice weekend retreat.

Very nice hotel. The touch-screen elevator was pretty cool. It was the first time I've ever seen that. The hotel is also centrally located for any events held at the KC Convention Center. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly -- including the room service staff. The young woman who brought dinner to my room was friendly and seemed...

This is a very nice hotel that I will never stay at again. It is located close to most of the area's attractions and nice restaurants and has a beautiful lobby. However, there is a lot wrong here: Even with a convention rate, the room (after the obligatory alien probe level taxes are added in) was over $150 a night...

Nice hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful, Rooms are spacious and quiet. Restaurant is pricey-although not terrible compared to comparable restaurants in the area and the food was good. The breakfast buffet was nice, but it too is pricey. $16 for full bar, $11 for cold items. We would stay here again.
