Small enough to not feel like you're in an anonymous hotel, large enough to not feel like you're in B&B prison. Loved this place. Good (copious!) breakfast, too. Clean, reasonably priced, quiet, located within quick walking distance to the UMKC and the Nelson Art Museum.
