Good Morning and "Thank You" for your response! I wanted to first of all apologize for the cool room temperature you experienced during your stay. I certainly understand your frustrations with the room temperature and have asked our engineering manager to review the room again to ensure it is working properly moving forward. As we recently finished a complete hotel renovation, all of our bedding packages are new. I apologize yours had a unwanted crease. As these get changed out often, the wash and dry will remove that crease for the next guest. The snow storm was unfortunately inconvenient for both our guests trying to get flights out and our employees that had to make it into work safely. As we had a full hotel that night and everyone wanting to use our hotel restaurant, there was a wait for our guests. This is very typical for a popular restaurant when there are very few options. With the staff that we had on hand, opening up additional seating would have only created a longer wait for guests when they sat down. You are correct, we do house airline employees at our hotel, as do most of the airport properties in many cities. However, we do not have a separate lounge for these employees. We do have a concierge lounge for our Platinum guests, but please note, this lounge simply offers appetizers in the evening to those guests and is not an operating restaurant. We appreciate you selecting our hotel during the storm and appreciate all your patience during the busy time.

What is the cost of parking ? We are staying 1 night then gone 6
If you have not booked a park-and-fly rate at the hotel, parking will be an additional $30 for the 6 nights you are gone. If you were gone up to 14 nights, it would be $60. Thank you.

I will be staying at the hotel when I come back from a trip since our flight doesn't arrive until after 10. Can I use the park and fly package even if my stay is after our trip?
Yes, you may use the park-and-fly option in reverse. The hotel is currently undergoing a complete renovation of the facility. The rooms are now beautiful and chic with platform beds and 55" TVs.
