We frequently visit the Ozarks and usually stay at a hotel or resort mainly because there are very few bnb's in the area. We found this little gem this year and will definitely stay here again and again. It's located slightly off the beaten path but close enough that the city itself is just a short 10 minute drive. The... More

My boyfriend and I were in a rush to find somewhere to stay near Ha Ha Tonka State Park and stumbled upon this BnB - what a perfect surprise! The room was lavish, the tub with jets was perfect on sore muscles and the view of the lake from the deck was amazing. Deb made a breakfast fit for kings.... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a fantastic time! The B&B is in a perfect location right on the lake, on a quiet road with no traffic. Our room (Bass Lodge) was comfortable and well appointed, as were the public areas. Deb has thought of everything, from fresh baked cookies to providing a basket to... More

This is our "go to" place at Osage Beach. Big Ed and Deb are the ultimate hosts! This B&B is set up like all B&Bs should be! The inn, which has 4 rooms, is attached to their home. So they are there if you need them, but it's not like you are walking thru their living quarters to go in... More

I cannot think of one negative thing to say about this bed and breakfast. The house is very clean and nice. The location is perfect at the ozarks. We went swimming off the dock and caught several fish off of it. The rooms are very nice and very clean. The breakfast is awesome. I highly recommend this place for anyone... More

A perfect getaway. Great attention to detail from the comfy beds, great food and decor to incredible hospitality. The common area and outdoor spaces are a great touch too. And if you like to fish, Ed will give you a great adventure!

Our room, the bed of roses, had an inviting aroma and allowed my wife and I to instantly relax. The bathroom was incredibly nice, and we felt like we were being pampered our whole stay! This didn't take away from the homey feel of the B&B though; We felt right at home, and the home-cooked breakfast added to this feeling!... More

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. My husband is a big fisherman so he was able to fish right off the dock and catch some nice bass and catfish. I really enjoyed the large Jacuzzi tubs and was able to soak in a warm bath each night. Couldn't have been happier staying at... More

Spent four wonderful nights there. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and thoughtful. Debbie and Ed have really put alot of heart into this little hideaway. Stayed in the Bed of Roses room, which was beautifully decorated. Patio outside of the room was so relaxing. Best of all....the bathtub never ran out of hot water and the jets were great!
