Never in my life have I been treated this bad at a hotel! Where do I start! For one...I checked in and there were no issues with the front desk. Only bright spot. Get into my room and it's cold. Turned the heat on and I went to gamble. Come back and it's still cold. The room temperature never went... More

The girl who checked us in was friendly. The NEWLY RENOVATED rooms are AWFUL! Dark, dingy and disgusting! NEW theme reminds me of a day care setting with over stimulating bright blue and green color scheme. Heavy, wrinkled drapes were drawn and room was pitch black upon entry (we checked in during daylight). Dark tinting on room window. After turning... More

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend for one night to celebrate our anniversary. We had a voucher for a free night that I got at a silent auction for a charity. I have to say that due to the renovations and looking at the pictures online the hotel has done very well in upgrading the rooms. Very... More

I stayed at Hotel Lumiere in October for the BOA tournament and had a wonderful time there. The hotel stay went above and beyond on numerous occasions. I also liked that we were able to walk from the hotel to right across the street from the Edward D Jones Dome without having to go outside. I would also want to... More

This is by far the worst hotel I've been at in years. Cigarette smell in the rooms, burns on the floor, too many stains to mention. Changed rooms 3 times. Old, musty, dirty, nasty. Do yourself a favor and stay next door at the Four Seasons.

They had to move my room 4 times in a 2 night stay so that I could find a room that didn't smell like cigarette smoke. Every room looked like a crime scene - blood stains, dirt, who knows what! If you have NO standards this place is perfect for you.

Well I for one was very disappointing as this is a reworked Embassy suites hotel not at all what I thought and everyone else was disappointed very high daily rate maybe that is cover for the Casino. Seriously stay someplace else. Unless you like an overpriced embassy suites. Rooms are the same as embassy suites. Had no issues with the... More

It looks like this hotel used to be very nice, but over the years, it has lost its charm. Now, the carpet is faded, worn out in spots and speckled with cigarette burns. The pool area is mediocre with black spots on the pool floor, a lukewarm hot tub and a slow-to-heat-up sauna. I will say it's a secure hotel.... More

I was offered a room in HoteLumiere this past Friday evening as a part of my casino play. After booking the room, I checked these reviews and was terrified of what the night had in store for me and my partner. After arriving at the room, I realized that, yes it could do with some tidying up (all of the... More

The room was beautiful and pretty fancy by my standards. The drinks in the mini fridge in the room are a bit pricey. My advice is don't pull the bottles out unless you're planning to pay for them. We walked through the casino and ate at one of the restaurants. The food was excellent, but the girl that was bartending... More
