This hotel was easy to find. It is downtown next to Busch stadium. There is a parking lot next to it that is $25 fee for parking but we were told it has 24 hour security. At check-in, the front desk staff was not friendly....More

The hotel is in a great location downtown and is very well cleaned and decorated. The $25 a night for parking and $15 for 24hrs of wifi make a big difference in the real cost of staying at the hotel. No pool.

my experience was very good. I went to go catch the St Louis Cardinals game which is right across the street from the hotel. The staff was friendly they were able to assist me with my needs when I needed something and it was quick and convenient to a lot of the locations in downtown St Louis area many within walking distance.

No reason not to book with Hotels . com, especially if they're giving you a better rate. Just make sure you know the specifics, such as the cancellation periods and if the rates are pre-pay only. In terms of perks or customer service, you're still a paying customer so the service shouldn't deviate depending on who you book with, that's just absurd.
