We stayed here the weekend before Valentine's Day. The building is older, but we didn't have any issues at all. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and the room was spacious. My only complaint would be the pillows, but other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

Pros: great location close to downtown, clean rooms, breakfast included (although was nothing special), reasonably priced. Cons: outdated, breakfast average at best and coffee below average, parking cost extra, had to wait to be checked in even though no one else was checking in at the time

Took over 30 minutes to check in. There were many people in line after us. When we booked there as to be a bar etc. No longer anything like that. We were within 10 minute walk to the ScotTrade Center. Not a whole lot of eating places close by but 10 minute walk to Busch Stadium where you could find...

Beautiful hotel! We came to St. Louis on a last minute road trip. The room we stayed in was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and seriously DID NOT run out of hot water.. ever! The staff were all very nice and helpful. I wish I could write 0 stars for this hotel. From the start to finish we have had a horrible experience. They say in their essentials we would have a mini fridge in our room which there wasn't. The thermostat doesn't function individually in each room. And the house keeper threw away our food from our room. Items were stolen...
