Nice location and beautiful old-style B&B. Hosts are most gracious. Entire complex could use a lot of updating though. Entire building needs re-painting. Very surprised to see an ash tray on our balcony table and there were plenty of smokers around the building. A/C is...More

Thanks David, for your kind words and input. We do need paint and it is on the "to do" list for this fall. Dirty ash treys are not acceptable anywhere on the property. We will work harder to correct this. Thanks again, Gary

Run by very nice, local, friendly people, just minutes of walking away from downtown Springfield MO. Good breakfast. Every room has a history and a different character, interesting furniture, accessories and personal care... May not have the impersonal luxury of a 4 star hotel but...More

Monday through Friday we serve breakfast from 7 to 9. Friday and Saturday we serve from 8 to 10. We have a community table and a server, no buffet. Our breakfasts are fabulous!

During the day should be fine. We really did't go downtown except during the day.
