Not a newer motel. Should have been cleaner and bed was too soft and uncomfortable. Location was easy to find. Would prefer to stay at a newer facility. Would consider staying at this location again if it was updated.

We had a great 2 room suite on the second floor, very spacious, one of the top 5 rooms we have stayed in at Hamptons over the years!!! Beds were comfortable especially the pillows. Staff was friendsly and accommodating. We were there on a family emergency trip and they were able to help us check in earlier. Very pleased. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to people I know.

This hotel and its rooms are very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. TGI Friday's is in the parking lot so it was nice to have a restaurant so close. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating.

I have been staying here off and on since working for my new company. I attend training and have spent close to 6 weeks here at different times since November 2016. Each stay has been fairly nice. One has to request a refrigerator. The room was average in decorations and furniture. There is no guest laundry, as was indicated online. The staff was very friendly and check in was very easy. The breakfast was good.

Beautiful decor, great staff and outstanding location. Can't be beat! I have stayed in 4 hotels in Springfield. Hands down my favorite. Love the location, upbeat staff with great local restuarant recommendations!

Stayed here for 1 night. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was good. Bed comfortable. You could hear noise from adjacent rooms but not bad. Breakfast was ok, not the best. Would stay here again....
