I have not been there since, but have many awesome memories of June who was the owner. Then a lady Trudy and her husband owned it with their great dane dog, Dartanion. June had a daughter named Danny who was super sweet. There was a horse stable with a horse named Topper. June actually gave my family their dog, Sassy....

So many memories of there when I was in my teens...30 plus years ago. When I was last through there, it looked in bad condition although I do know some people continued to go and loved it. I just read and saw today that it has been torn down now and no longer open.

lots of fun things for kids to do, hayrides, swimming pool, They have a D.J. every Sat. night, home cooked breakfast every Sat. and Sun. morning, paddle boats, fishing, playground, cafe, showers, laundry room and just alot of fun overall for the whole family! I love it and thats where i will keep going every summer!

This place is a total dump. There are junk cars and campers all over the place. Lots of campers have junk bikes, mowers and other items and debris strewn about. The playground equipment looks like it was put there in the 70's and something I wouldn't let my dog play on. The bathrooms have dirt and bugs on the floor...

It's true that this campground is old and not the nicesest place but it has some good points and because of these we have kept our 36 ft Cedar Creek fifth wheel parked there for five years. It is a beautiful place, especially in the fall with its pretty hard rock trees. It has a nice lake and lovely wooded...

On our way from New Mexico to Il this was the only park that did not accept passport america. I'm sure at one time it was GREAT place. Not anymore. I do feel sorry for the couple running it. It's a lot to manage. It's a big park. But our sewer was 1ft above ground so if we did hook...
